The casino was very clean and the customer service was excellent. First time I went there. Had a wonderful time, I will visit the casino again.

Ohkay Casino is certainly a long time favorite. Definitely some of the friendliest people, their entire staff rocks. Their food is delicious. And their payouts, impressive. My first choice, every time.

Big casino, great parking, huge buffet menu. Great staff working! Great crowd for young and old. Free play when you initially sign up. Lots of great perks here at Ohkay. I would definitely recommend over the other casinos in town. Smoking friendly. Lively bars and overall scene. I will definitely be coming back.

Awesome place, the staff in the harvest buffet is amazing very attentive (Sheryl especially) the crab was amazing and the prime rib was very juicy! I'll definitely come back every Friday!

The show room is the best thing about this place. The buffet is always a hit or miss, especially when they have their order service. Sometimes it seems like they just grabbed whatever was left over and threw it on a plate. The hotel has really nice rooms but the t.v. never has all the stations that they claim, some channels are just static and others have no volume. Each room has different channels that work. When you request service for the room they take their time, never a priority

WORST casino in New Mexico! Played $500 and got little play out of it. Played 10cent keno two dimes per bet. ALL i saw was lose, lose, lose. This place is complete trash. ONLY go here to lose your money. DO NOT expect anything else. I know youre expected to lose at any casino, but atleast other casinos give you gameplay for your hard earned cash, not just LOSE LOSE LOSE! I will NEVER return!

It was fun has a great buffet but every time I got up to get another plate they kept clearing my table but it was fun would have been better if I won

The only reason I give it two stars is because our bed was comfortable. The front desk lady (grey hair) was VERY rude to everybody; I asked her questions and she did not reply she just shouted I NEED FORM OF PAYMENT! I also tried to ask her other questions regarding the price and she said DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT? but never answered my question. The AC in my room wasn't on and I called the front desk; I was told they'd turn it on but never did. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated especially because I chose this place to stay and spend my money on during my birthday weekend.

Very busy all the time great atmosphere and dining hall plus hotel across the lobby with pool and sometimes live music and big Hall's you can rent for weddings or graduations or whatever the need.

The reception desk area smells very strongly of cigarette smoke since it is right at the casino. Our room was clean, quiet, and looked nice, but the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner did not cool the room. We had to open the windows while it was running to cool our room.

The property as a whole has seen a lot of improvements such as the hotel where all the rooms have been redone. The Winners Club is new and modern and the front entrance, hotel reservations desk and gift shop are all new! All in all the Ohkay casino is fresh and exciting. Additionally, the gaming floor has a broad array of games to choose from.

We just went to listen to some bands in the banquet or conference room they have. The most negative thing was the smoke. I think banquet room is smoke free but you could still smell the smoke coming from the casino. They need better ventilation

Slow check-in. Slow with three guests ahead of me, then couldn't find my pre-paid booking in their computer. Great room: clean, spacious, and well appointed. Good beds. Doors between interconnecting rooms are too thin: guy's telephone conversations in the adjoining room might as well have been broadcast into mine.

The rooms at Ohkay Casino Resort Hotel were nice and super clean. We've stayed at another Casino Resort about 15 miles south of this one and the cleanliness didn't even come close. Also the house cleaning staff was super friendly. Every single employee that we came in contact with greeted us and asked if there was anything they could help us with. They had reasonable rates and the entertainment they had in the lounge was great. Only recommendation is to try and stay on the third floor. The people who were in the room above us woke up around 6:30 a.m. and made so much noise walking around sounded like they were re arranging the furniture. We would definitely stay here again just on the top floor!
