Well we are in Albuquerque New Mexico, what can be said... you more than likely will not walk out of this place with anything let alone any winnings. The service nit so great. The drinks served on the casino floor are non-alcoholic! Of course!! These servers expect tips for these non-alcoholic drinks.There a few bars and a club somewhere on what I was told was the top floor. Now the few bars, if you aren't tipping nicely for each drink you order you can bet on the fact that they more than likely will not return to you or you table for your next round or order. As they work for tips not an hourly wage. So all in all whats fair is fair in money and its associated wars. Other than that make a good time put of and you will have a good time. Just don't expect to win and you'll be fine!

ALWAYS a wonderful experience here! It is so clean, and the decor is amazing and makes you feel comfortable. They have great customer service, and great options for dinner, or snacks Be sure to get a "players card" if it is your first time there, they have great promotions. Great options for slots, table games, and they always have the best live bands. This is the perfect place for a "night out" and has everything that you need. Music, gambling, dancing, drinks and great people. I will be back.

Best burger deal in Albuquerque!! Their little cafe inside the casino is the best. Good food and at amazing prices. The casino itself is beautiful and they have a wide selection of games. Oh and I love the gas station across the street and the jerky lady who sets up in the parking lot.

Consistent. Cool. Classy. Concerts. If you don't like the Buffet breakfast, please go to the Sandia Golf Restaurant. We eat there 2-3 times a month. Watching all the golfers in a golf cart traffic jam is hilarious! Manny, the PBX/Hotel Operator is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Excellent Bands and dance floor. It really is the casino/resort to be seen! Have fun and be responsible 😁

We only were there for the buffet. The buffet was very nice at a relatively reasonable price. Children under 5 are free. The food was great. We were there on a seafood Friday and we enjoyed it. No a line on the food almost always. But the line to enter can be huge. Expect an hour or more at peak times. Plan it. The only downside was the smoking smell at the waiting line. It was horrific. Only reason for the 3 stars otherwise, a 4 or even a 5. If you are in a big group let the server know They put the tip upfront.

I'd gone on a whim to have drinks at the bar with some friends and it was a very lively night. We had a lot of fun sending our pictures in to be displayed on the big screen and dancing and meeting people. I also stayed in a suite there before and the view was gorgeous! The suites are well accommodated and the whole trip was both relaxing and thrilling.

Went late on a Thursday night. Clean property and all the staff seem friendly. No alcohol sold or consumed on the casino floor, which I found a bit odd and disappointing. Small poker room and limited table games, but we were able to find seats at any game we wanted to play. Decent slots selection. All in all it is a nice little place just north of downtown

My husband & I were traveling by RV & needed a place to stay overnight. I called the Casino & the lady that answered was so welcoming & told me that we could spend 2 complimentary nights in their lot. She also gave specific instructions on how to get into lot with construction going on. The guard at the gate was also amazing. If they see this, Thank you for your hospitality! We were in a bind of not having a place to stay & you came through for us! We will be back!

I planned a 40th birthday retreat with friends here at the Sandia resort. The reason that this resort fails is the management has setup a terrible customer service policy system and the staff follow it to a tee. Customer service is not the priority here and that makes for a very frustrating stay. They moved us to another room mid stay and they did not have the new room available. We waited for hours between rooms. They would not provide a late check-out for anyone who stayed. The pool does not have umbrellas despite the 95° day. The service at the golf club was very slow to start. We sat there for 15 minutes before we were served. The valet staff was good. The bell hop staff was good. The security staff was good. The management system is rigid and not customer focused.

Visited the casino to play slots. Was very busy since it was a Friday night. All the tables were packed and pretty much full of players but it was still easy enough to find slots that I wanted to play. The casino floor was well maintained and clean and I noticed a lot of attendants on the floor. Sandia took my money again though, maybe one day I'll have some good luck and actually win something.

My favorite casino to go to nice layout of games throughout the main floor good restaurants to dine at if you get Hungary while playing in not a drinker but the bar seems nice and quick service. Helpful staff,floor servers,custodians and quick cashiers. Large selection of slot games and table games large high limit room large non smoking room and very large bingo room.always well leet and very clean from the drink stations to the restrooms. The hotel rooms are nice from a basic room to the suites worth the prices absolutely a great establishment all the way around. Tons of stuff i didn't get to mention! Take a drive and see for yourself.

We LOVE everything about this venue. The rooms are very nice with great views of the city (west) and our majestic Sandia Moutains and gorgeous golf course (east). The pool and extended patio are one of it's best features. We always have a wonderful time at Sandia Casino/Resort!!! The many restaurants all offer tasty meals ... whether it's fine dining you're looking for, coffee shop, or cafe. Thank You Sandia Casino/Resort!!

Will not go to anyother casino...very clean...the staff is polite, the food is very good whether you dine at the snack bars or in their elegant restaurants (1 up stair and 1 down stairs). I live in Albuquerque, but had to stayed in their Beautiful Rooms. I just had to find out...Perfect! Thank you Sandia Casino and keep up the great job. Guadalupe Sanchez-Levine

We've been here several times. The little snack bar inside is great, it's clean, food is delicious, and it's very fast. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions and pointed us in the right direction when needed. The last time we went was the first time I had been to the buffet. The food was great. They had a good selection of different food types. Its far enough that you feel like you're a little away from Albuquerque but close enough that if you needed you could get home.

We love going to the resort. There is everything you need. Good food with the restaurant's and buffet, plus the deli's are great. Then there is the Casino and in my opinion they pay better than the other casinos in the area.The green Reed spa gives excellent massages and there golf course is great for relaxation. I would give SANDIA RESORT & CASINO 10 stars but you only give 5

This specific time I was just there to gamble and eat. I enjoy your slots and very tasty snack bar. Great prices. Can't beat that. I have stayed there as a hotel guest actually a few times in last few years and it is really nice. Very clean,great pool,friendly housekeeping and we love there huge bath tubs and extremely comfy beds.

A must see if you are visiting Albuquerque. The Casino is awesomely built and the games are fun too. You win some you lose some, but make sure you have fun no matter what! They provide free coffee and soft drinks! They have a bar, restaurant, concerts going on, and other eventful situations. They have nice rooms and they also host weddings. Great place I recommend you stop by and check it out.

We went here for the Friday Night Buffet. They have all you can eat crab legs. The price was $30 per person. I suggest if you're going to go you get there around 4:30 because otherwise the line is enormous and I'm not exaggerating you're talking an hour and a half to two hour wait. The food is pretty good but the crab legs are small so it takes a lot of work to get any meat out of them. I I love crab legs but unless they're Alaskan king crab I just don't think it's worth it, my opinion.
