One of the worst buffet experiences!! I decided to get the quesadilla first, because the person working that particular area just put fresh ones out. I placed (3) fresh quesadilla on my plate and then noticed the sour cream and guacamole bowls were empty. What's the point of getting fresh quesadilla if you do not have sour cream and guacamole. I told the person working at the quesadilla station that they were out of sour cream and guacamole; he said to come back in 10 minutes. I explained to him about placing (3) quesadilla on my plate due to being a fresh batch that was made at his station. I did not want to wait 10 minutes; the quesadilla would get cold. I then politely asked him if there was someone else that could help; the response was "I'm too busy working the corn!" One of the workers from the rib station ended up bringing the sour cream with a very poor attitude. He slammed the bowl of sour cream hard onto the counter, and when I thanked him the only response was a dirty look. When I asked about the quacamole he completely ignored me and walked away. I'm extremely disappointed with the poor service and don't plan on returning here again.

Food was cold and unappetizing. Overpriced for what you receive. The service was standard for a Dennys but substandard for a 3 star establishment with a mandated service gratuity.

We went during the seafood and all you can eat crab legs. The cost was $39 but it was worth every penny. The tools for the crab legs were great. They had multiple stations to get the crab legs so there was not a long wait. There were clams, muscle, salmon, and much more. The food was tasty and hot. The bread was fresh and was the salad. The desserts we're amazing! The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff extremely friendly and helpful! What a wonderful experience!

This place is a great deal for Friday brunch, especially if you sign up for their players club card. The food is good and there is a lot of it. The only thing I didn't like was the dark lighting, but my eyes adjusted after a few minutes.

Great seating..much more like a higher end restaurant. The food is plentiful, delicious, and always fresh.

Service members are great... Didn't care for the food n crab legs...not much of a variety in foods crab was dry. Seating arrangements was good a bit dark for the evening crowd..

The people are very nice but the slot machines are very tight lately. That's not good. I've been going twice to 3 times a week. Now I only go 0-1 a week. They are supposed to be the loosest slots ever. That's not true. Sandia has been getting better. You have been getting worse.

Dealers and staff are always friendly. The Casino has the same aspects as Sandia or Hard Rock. Does not have a hotel. Im a Black Jack player and Santa Ana Star offers a lot other casinos don't. Namely mid-deck entry, 10 to 1 tie bet play, and late surrender. If your a Black Jack player this is the casino for you.

Two times since I said I would stop criticizing for 24 hours I did, first was just about 8 hours later when I did so about how un-photogenic I am, then later that day when I complained to a wait-staff on how rude the woman who was our waiter was (she slammed down two cups of water, two cups of Iced tea and first the saucer then the hot cup of coffee, practically tossed the saucerful of creamer upon the table from a 4" height distance to the table. She didn't bring us the silverware I asked for so I went to another table and grabbed some, when she saw what I did she immediately, again slammed down the replacement silverware at that table. As people were walking in she would lovingly say "Hi, everyone, have a seat, I'll be right with you!' I let the other waitress in on Graces shenanigans, who insisted I tell the on duty manager. I insisted I didn't want to. Grace was an Unapologetic Waitress, but she soon after, came around the corner and became the sickly nice fake outer shell of a hardened actress (its obvious she has done this before). I still left her the customary 20% tip, which she did not deserve, but being in the customer service industry since 1996 I was still forced to be a gentleman.#NeverAgain #SantaAnaStarCasino #Grace #FeastBuffet
