Everything about Santa Clara hotel was very good they customers are treated awesomely they give you their attention and they serve you well the people there are very nice and they make sure that you're taken care of I enjoy my stay every time I go there and I would love to go there again

Very clean area, including the public bathrooms in the attached casino. The casino is small, but has an array of games that are typical in a casino. The gift shop is really nice and carries a nice selection of jewelry. I did a secret shop years ago and the place hasn't changed much, but it's still really nice and modern. I'd return here.

The restaurant service was horrible.it lacks customer service, no sense of urgency or concerns to take care of our needs, the sitting of customer is very poor. . customers waiting ,,,,with empty tables all around.the wait is horrendous.lacks organization!!!!!! Better management.

We love this casino!!! Great customer service, fun slots, delicious food! Highly recommend checking them out!

Went to the bar for dinner and drinks. Waited forever to get service had to get our own menus. Server finally came around. When time to pay, asked to split check and instead got charged for half and then the full price. $42 meal ended up costing me $73

Update May 28, 2018, The casino got hacked and everyone with a credit card or debit card on file with the hotel needs to change cards or call the bank, I had been saying this place was poorly ran. I called this morning to see when the casino will be open starting today at 3 p. M. They sent me $15 free play for today only. Let see what happens......Housekeeping lady was rude. She tells me and my 3 year old daughter we can't look for her mom and then says we can. Justina u cannot be rude then nice. Update on May 15 2018. My wife recently quit her job here. I went last night to play my free play and they have the tightest machines I have ever been to. I was a problem gambler for 10 years and not 1 time have I hit a jackpot at this Casino. In which I played so much I was getting 8 free suites a month. And $50 a week free play which is the least I would get from the 3 Casinos I would play at. I have hit 8 jackpots of over 1200 at Ohkay Casino Hotel and Resort and played less. There promotions used to be way better. You make 30 points and I be eligible for a hot seat of 500 in cash and 500 in free play. Now it has been a joke for the last few years. All they give away is a couple cars every few months and they give 500 cash and 500 free play every Thursday through Sunday. But it takes 50 points to make 1 ticket which is equivalent to $250 of playing. And get this the same people get called everytime. I'm mean what casino doesn't have hot seat drawings. The food prices in the grill are almost as bad as there slots. I have also been carded for my ID more the last 6 months than my entire life. They have one good thing is the $6 burritos in there coffee spot but I did not see them yesterday morning. They probably did away with that to because there not making 1000% profit. And for the hotel attendants you are under paid and there is know room too move up because your supervisors have you doing all the hard work and are on salary will never tell on each other because they will talk about you behind your back while your doing there work. Sad to see 2 of the 3 supervisors are a couple in which they are women so nobody wants to say anything and I won't put names but they should not have a monopoly.

We go ther often and the restaurant is great lots of choices ,friendly waiters and waitresses. Great food . Go there to play the machines alit and come out ahead most of the time. Fun environment.

Very nice rooms with great hospitality. The rooms a we'll set up to where it's nice and quiet. Decent food bar, and nice display of native American culture.

Place is nice cozy, pretty affordable, respects the culture of the people who live here. Tje beds are little stiff, and the pool is well, a pool. Sometimes staff is not as polite, but I can tell there just tired. I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel for a good price.

March 2018 Update The Grille has the best hamburgers ever! The service is always friendly and fast. A young waiter set his tray on a stand and somehow it fell off, "CRASH!" in less than two minutes everything was picked up, he left the mess went to reorder, a co-worker was there in a flash to pick up the pieces, another co-worker was there with a wet rag, another followed with a super white mop and mopped, and yet another came and dried it. I was impressed. The customers continued to dine and their food was there really fast. NOW LET US TALK SLOTS!! UGH!! I went to the friendly players club, they smiled gave me a pen. I WILL TELL YOU, this was a very expensive pen. February 2018 update: ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKE FREE; NICE. December 2017..Update. I spent the night on December 22, I at the hotel, Fabulous. The waitstaff at The Grill (Samantha) was attentive. Already, made plans to stay again. Parking is great. Great Parking Lot security as inside security. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are beautiful. The Grill always has great service, I noticed they have older wait staff, but all their wait staff is attentive. The machines are entertaining and they have a good variety... So I make a reservation for Christmas Day, figuring I will need the rest. I lost a ring, thinking I had done so at my daughter's, couldn't find it. Christmas Day, I ask the front desk if by chance they might have found it...GUESS WHAT, "Amber" at the front desk had saved it, I lost it on a luggage cart, two days before. WOW! FABULOUS, CHRISTMAS DAY...swimming, playing, resting......
