I love this casino! They always offer great member awards & free points towards playing. Wish blackjack tables were real dealers but it will do for now.

I've won lots of times here, way more than what I've lost. The last time I visit I won $10,000.00 on the Tabasco Slots, horse races are awesome, my kids love to go see the horses. The staff is very friendly and prices on drinks and food are fair.

My wife and I are members at the Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino and we haven't won anything in about 3 years we have been contributing losing from $200 to $400 a week. Paybacks are tight we may win $80 to $100 in a week. Its ridiculous.!!!. But lately we have been just taking 100 to $150 a week because tired of losing. We speak to many regular members we see every week and they say the same thing. They haven't won for years and there we see people that are not members and i know they are not members because they don't use the membership card given to all members by Sunland park casino and these nonmembers win jackpots more often than members of Sunland park casino do. We all Sunland Park Casino members should just stop going because apparently Sunland Park & Racetrack Casino staff like nonmembers more than their own SPR&C MEMBERS!!! This was my first visit to a casino so with that in mind. I had a pretty fun experience. I also couldn't stop myself so i ended up leaving with nothing but I did win a decent amount at roulette. There were plenty of slot machines available, there was never any trouble finding one in my case. No live tables but electronic games work just as well imo. I spent most of my time at electronic roulette. The smell of smoke is definitely a thing. There is a non smoking lobby which the air is slightly cleaner but.. Eh. Didn't really bother me any. Didn't really interact with any staff but hey the guy at the front who carded me was very nice about it. Overall I had a great time here, I would definitely come back if I was in the area. (And maybe know when to run with the cash LOL!)

Definitely a nice place to visit. You don't even have to play at the casino. They got a bar, a nice little place that sells food, and aside from the races, they also get live bands to play and also mariachis. So you can play, dance, eat, and also enjoy some drinks if you please.

My husband and I had a great time here. However it was very smoky I thought and I have sensitive eyes so it really effected them so we left earlier than we wanted to. Other than that it was wonderful!

This place deserves no stars. Little to no payout. Events are overcrowded and if there is a shooter everyone would be dead because these people do not know about safety hazards or do they care about them. Or if there is a fire it would be because of their lousy cooks. The nacho cheese was really cold and they look mad if you take it back. I don’t drink so I don’t understand why they treat me as if I were drunk. Employees are rude. Same people win all the time in those events of the month. You only get help from staff (waitresses, the people who hand you cash if you win jackpot, the people who fix machines, etc.) if they know you tip them.

I'm so upset right now. I called last week to make a reservation for this weekend just to get a $100 voucher for the stay and play promo. When I check in today the front desk told me that I'm not eligible for a voucher since the promo is not in effect today! so to make the long story short the person that book my reservation screw me up, front desk is telling me they give the wrong information. Pretty much she's saying screw you in a nice way. I ask for the manager and he's gone for the day! I can't cancel my reservation because they already charge my credit card. Drove 700miles today just to be here and this is what I get. Poor communication bad management! there goes the $160 room
