Christmas party ,food on the buffet , was far from the best I ever had.. music in the padock room was like being in side an oil drum. Parking is far far away. So crowded never went to stairs to the casino even with 10 Dollars in free play. They won't be getting any more of my money.

Went to see a band in the Paddock room, off to the side of the casino. Band was great, venue is clean, accessible, good food and drink. Staff was attentive - they even changed the house light color based on something the band leader said. Could use some actual stage lighting, but it's a lower ceiling, so I can see why that would be an undertaking. Nice atmosphere; will return for future shows.

I’m not a gambler so that goes without saying that I already wasn’t pleased to be dragged here. However I was impressed with the renovations they’ve made. This place used to be a total dump, but they’ve actually done a really nice job cleaning it up. There isn’t much to do if you aren’t into gambling though.

Great music shows all the time. The summer concert series is always a great time. The Batavia Downs has great food and beverages. They also really appreciate and treat all Veterans exceptionally well.

Had a great time. Lots of fun!! I also would like to clarify that I do not work here, or even know anyone who does work here. I also don't even live in Batavia! The reason I'm writing this is because another person's review stated that the only people who give this place 5 starts are people who work here. When I went here I had a great time and I'm excited to go back. All of the employees were very nice and helpful.

Went for one of the shows in their summer concert series. It was outside on the track. Bring your own chair or blanket, chair is better if you want to see the stage. The venue is nice for an outdoor show. If you're hungry, eat before you go. Food choices are meh. I would have liked one thing that was somewhat healthy.

Love the ability to walk around without the smell of smoke. There are specifically designated smoking areas for those who want that. Clean and comfortable.

Really great environment with friendly and helpful staff. The casino and restaurants are quite clean and the hotel rooms are awesome and extremely comfy. They also offer excellent hygene product in case you forget something

Very clean and well designed hotel. The restaurant options were nice and the food was good and affordable. There was a little store in the lobby but it was not open at all Saturday or Sunday. The nightlife in and around the hotel/casino was subpar. Overall as a place to get away I give it 5 stars.

The Rush 34 bar and restaurant had good food. The Thurman Thomas atmosphere is fun. Did a little gambling and had a great time.

Fantastic employees helpful, kind, and cordial! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The casino is full of fun and food, and helpful and attentive employees! We had a blast and we will be back and we will refer our family and friends to check this place out! Looking forward to seeing some horse racing too! The Fire family

Fortune's restaurant is amazing. The casino did great things for our visit. Even if we had lost money today, we have considered this a wonderful experience.

It was an unscheduled visit. We just stopped in for a quick bite to eat and quick slots visit. The food was nothing I'd return for and never made it to any great earnings on the machines. Still, it was entertaining and fairly inexpensive.

Bottom of the barrel. 5 Stars to the greasy spoon restaurant we were reluctant to go to yet they really impressed (left of the bar). One restaurant wouldn't be open until 3pm. One you had to order from the bar. There's NO all you can eat buffet. Which (for us) is the turn off to want stay for the gambling. Everyone was very friendly, it's just the nature of the environment. Perhaps I'd appreciated it more if we didn't have 3 others to compare it to. Only giving a star because it won't allow for not giving any.

Depending on the type of person you are, since I do not gamble it would not be my first choice. I've had a few drinks at 34 Rush and the set up is pretty nice. Atmosphere is truly designed for the person who likes to play the machines. As far as dining I haven't been so I have no input there.

I won the jackpot so of course I'm slightly biased. It's a great place, roomy and elegant but not overly done. Fantastic food and bar with smoking room games. Wasn't at hotel but we got to see it and it looked beautiful from what we saw
