Attended my husband's Christmas party here tonight. The food & staff were wonderful. The party planners from his co. Did a great job. The band Deans List was excellent as always.

Finger Lakes is nice to visit on a Thursday for the $10 for $10 worth of free play. The only thing we have an issue on is you cannot cash out the voucher until you've spent the 20.00 voucher. Would be much better just to put the $10 on the card and be able to access it through promotions like other casinos to. Wide variety of slots. The chicken wings are delicious. They have a buffet there, we have not experienced their food yet.

For the duration of time that I was there, I did not hear a single machine chime alerting machine attendants of jackpot winnings - may be indicative of a struggling casino which relies on "taking candy from a baby" tactics sort of speak, to build funds -- this methodology means: the casino has to take money "first" from enough people, so that it has "enough of a profit" to pay out winnings to "a few individuals" to justify the operation. In other words, until the house has cleared its profit for the week, no one is going to win "the pie in the sky" to say the least. Other than that, the casino is nice and clean with alot of machines.

It's a good clean place to go and try your luck. My wife has a certain machine that she likes to play and I usually just leave her to it and hang at the bar and play Quick Draw. There is a bartender that works at Remedy that has the personality of a cactus. I can't remember his name but I talked to two other couples and they pretty much had the same opinion. Actually they said he was an A-hole

We love attending the bands at Remedy. ( the lounge at Finger Lakes Gaming) The food is great there & reasonably priced. They do stop serving food quite early in the lounge. There is a concession stand open late. There is also a free sef serve soft drink bar located along the front wall before the rest rooms. It's always a fun time & a great middle age + crowd.

Too many quick hit machines with not alot of payouts. Great buffet. Hard to earn points takea like $5 a point and the rewards are outrageous to even earn. Free play and tickets given but only if u go broke there enough to earn more than $5 in free play a week.

Went to see a band there in their nightclub. They really need some experienced bartenders that know how to work a bar. The bartenders do not pay any attention to the customers on the other side of the bar.

Its very comfortable. The boneless wings were excellent! The only reason i did not give 5 stars is because of the 105 real feel temperature and the horses were still racing.

I had a good time ( didn’t win) ! Ate at the snack zone and it was great! Would have given this place a five but had one big problem. The atm’s were all messed up. I reported it and no one ever came to help. I was not the only person with the problem. 5 people ahead of me had the same problem! I was told I should have gotten money out before I came!

Had a great time at the Casino playing slots etc. Lost, but enjoyed it. Food at the Buffet was great. Everyone around us was having an enjoyable time as far as I could tell. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Always have fun at Finger Lakes. Derby day was wonderful. Buffet, live races, hat contest. Was a very fun day.

Great location, but you never know how the machines will be. Part of it is under construction which has reduced number of available slot machines. Had the Buffet at the Vine...... A little pricey, but food was OK. The Vine is NOT open Monday and Tuesday. Offer live bands on weekends

They treat their staff like garbage. This place is very unsanitary with urine and feces all over the woman's bathroom and other areas of the Casino. Over-crowded. My friend who worked there hated it and told me stories they try to hide. I'd never go there. I have only 1x and that was when it first opened and i was there for 5minutes lol. Vomit many places from drunk gamblers.

I've been coming to this place for 8 years now non stop. A faithful gambler who's put a lot of money into this casino only for them to remodel and take out the majority of their players favorite games (Aztec temple and mystical mermaids). Very upsetting that there's all new games in the new section that are all HORRIBLE! Will never spend a dime with them again until they bring back those popular games! Fingerlakes will be losing a lot of money. BRING BACK AZTEC TEMPLE AND MERMAIDS !

Visited from out of town, my wife and I were harassed the entire ONE HOUR we were there. Because we “looked” young, the manager thought it was appropriate for employees to make jokes..JOKES about our military id’s including the security. Within an hour we were carded FOUR times, which was no problem other than how it was handled. We will never return and will steer everyone away from there. Refuse to support a company who thinks it’s acceptable for military to be treated so poorly.

Great Gaming very friendly and personable. Customer service is excellent. Gaming is good if not better than most casino. Food is good and reasonable. Enjoy a summer afternoon at the Race Track in spring and summer. Take care of the staff they work hard!
