I like Yonkers better, I never saw anyone the whole time I was there asking if I wanted a drink. Not busy at all.

Not the place to go anymore. One star is too many. One of three ticket redemption machines working. No one on floor or at players club. There are far better options.

This casino needs work. The place is not to par. The music was in a corner and the crowd look more like a senior center bingo night. The parking was spooky not many lights. I didn't spot any security outside and it didn't feel safe at all. The food court looks raggedy. I bought a soup that was really salty. They will not see me again.

The ribs were really good. They fell off the bone. The slots would be better if every once in a while you won.

Had the worse experience here last night when i went to the food court at 7:50pm an employee was verry rude to me she was big women white and she doesnt know how to serve customers she shouldnt be even working there if shes like that i simply ask for some bbq for my wings and she said if theres none out in the table then dont boder aski g for ut cause theres none and i just waited for her to go away and guess what the guy who made my wings i ask him for some bbq and he gave me some why would she not boder to give bbq to me like -.- dont work if u dont feel like it ik i might just stop comming here with all my family thats less $ for the casino :( or if shes in the cashier then i wont even boder eating in the back its the one pass the players club

Nice casino, friendly staff. They also have harness racing and simulcasting. They have no live table games but their sister property (Resorts World Catskills) is just a few miles away.

I have been racing my horses at monticello for 30 years. The people in the race office the judges and people in the commission office have been helpful and respectful thru these years. I try to come up as much as possible when my horse races. The people who work in the casino are very courteous and do a wonderful job.

Unfortunately at present neither casino in town is thanking loyal customers! December was the last time we received post cards with special invites and comp each week to use as we please. January comps were terrible, Feb the same but March is the absolute worst... almost feels like they want thou to go to the new casino in town! Very poor business practice for loyal customers. No more bar on casino floor, no more bands on Friday or Saturday nights! Crazy moves!!! I visited Atlantic City recently for the first time since 2004 and received a personal letter inviting me back for two nights and dinner for two during my stay. At least the Monticello casino could give $20 or $30 dollars!

I had the pleasure of spending a few hours at this gorgeous campus driving flagship cars with some of the best professional drivers in racing history. The track is phenomenal, the breakfast was amazing, and the location is just a marvel to look at. There is nothing like this club out there.
