Really nice, big happening Casino. Lots of machines, lots of parking and a fun place. At 360 Bar also had appearing same great band as Empire City, The Guss Hayes Band. When you join Rewards club you spin a wheel and I got $20 free playing with my card!

nice atmosphere. plenty parking outside as well as paid parking indoors. great views of the horse track. Excellent bar service.. lots and lots of gambling machines. very clean place.

Used to be a great casino. No longer the same. They’ve gotten 2 greedy now. They are going to have to start paying up or they are going to end up with an empty casino. All those machines are RIGGED, sometimes it feels like someone else is playing it for you. If any machine is even paying any money out of the sudden it breaks down for no reason or if you hang around long enough it will take you for everything you have plus more and no matter how much you put in it you will never make any money out of this place if you do they will follow you around until you leave it all back to them. Before, they used to give free play without you spending any money which was great, nice incentive to bring you in, now you have to spend at least $50 to $100 to get just a few bucks. I Don’t recommend this place. Most people leave this place as if they just came out of a funeral that’s how bad it is.

Went twice. Can't win big here to save your life. Drinks aren't readily offered and there isn't a wide range of food. Great for a small groups. Lots of space and multiple floors with plenty of slots. Take it slow and walk around. The bars are great. Good luck!

Pleasant atmosphere...but rarely see any staff (waiters) many people were sitting at machines not playing just taking up seats. I went too the casino grand opening and it was free shuttles and waiters serving juice and coffee all the machines worked and were very clean... now it's 8-10 dollars too get the shuttle, no complimentary beverages, dirty ripped up seats and machines that don't work and it's darker (lighting must be a problem) and it's much hotter than before absolutely no air conditioning. Was so disappointed I only stayed 1hr compared too staying 4-5hrs a while back

This casino is not what it once was. Bathrooms are disgusting at least the men's room is. Lots of machines are out of order. God forbid if your machine breaks down and you need assistance. Overall I've seen better. Empire casino much cleaner.

There's never anyone around to help you with the slot machines if they get stuck. One time I was at a machine without a chair and an elderly woman started dragging a chair over for the machine next to me. When I went to help her the attendant said, "Please put that back.". All I said was, " How come?" (In a puzzled tone of voice) and he replied, "Because I said so!" In a nasty manner. Which was totally uncalled for. He should have pulled the extra chair over which he was standing in front of (and blocking my view)for the lady instead of idly hanging out with another attendant who was fixing a machine. Very big turn off for this business. Not to mention it's dirty there( I've seen roaches) the rest rooms are disgusting most of the time during busy hours, and a lot of machines have buttons that don't function. The people at the food concessions are very nice. The casino in Yonkers is much nicer.

Sometimes you win sometimes you don't Its called gambling. I love to play the slots. They have one of my old reliable games I had fun playing in Atlantic city Its called wheel of fortune. Trust me when you hear that you get a chance to spin the wheel on the players screen. Omg you get a sense of euphoria. Then the game let's a car drive on your screen this helps put some more money in your pockets by flipping some symbols to wild symbols. If you know the game its tons of fun Downside Drink servers are very few and far in between. Did I mention It's hard to get a soft drink without leaving your machine and go on an all out quest. Just don't be greedy or lose the sense of the value of money. Always compare your gaming reward with how much you'd make working 9-5 in day's job. If you're able to conquer greed and attain self control, you can make a living from casino. Know when to leave and come another day. Good luck!

I must say it's not getting better. They need to have more staff on the floor now. The wait when a machine malfunctions is so bad. My complain is that they raised the price of the food. So the $7 voucher really doesn't buy anything.! Just don't give a voucher and keep the food at normal prices. Also drinks are few and far between. There are more new casinos opening so maybe you should offer more incentives.

The food court is a bit expensive , but if you enroll in the membership program they provide you with coupons for Meals and other rewards. The establishment is spacious and very clean. There are a variety of machines that you can play , that vary in prices from a penny to dollars. The bathrooms are usually clean or in the process of being cleaned when you enter. On the third level of this casino is the event hall where major events are held. A few months ago there was a tattoo event where celebrity tattoo artists were tattooing , and the line to get in was so long ! The owners of the casino have recently added a Starbucks to the second floor of the casino , and if you get a chance to visit the little coffee shop you should try the chocolate marble loaf cake. It’s amazing !!

As a video casio without card tables it is very clean with many different games. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because this is the only place I know of that doesn't have waitresses coming around with drinks while you play. You need to walk across the entire floor to get a drink which is no fun when you are winning. And then a small house rum and coke was $20. If they can just add a few wait staff to bring drinks to people on the floor this place would be perfect.

Not exactly a world class casino. The facility is well kept and clean. If you plan on having a few drinks, be prepared for sticker shock. They are pricey. The only free thing they offer is coffee and water if you sit at the machines and tables. Good to kill an afternoon or evening. During the winter you can always head next door and bet on the horses.

Very disappointed at this casino. Let's start with the parking which is very close to the JFK long term airport parking lots. If you want to valet park the fee is $20.00 which is the most expensive valet I have ever seen. To park yourself you will have to walk pretty far because the lots are huge. Upon entering there are security guards that check inside your purse and then you can proceed to the escalator which will take you to either of the 2 casino levels. Both levels are non-smoking and very loud. There is a large variety of slot machines and automated table games. This casino also has a large horse race track. The inside is very crowded and quite dirty, the slots were sticky and even the slot screens had splashes of dried liquid on them as well as the machine buttons were sticky. The entire floor was also dirty and the chairs at the slots are old and made of some kind of fake leather that has worn to the point of cracking which is very uncomfortable to sit on. There are a few restaurants and a food court which has Popeye's Chicken, an Asian/Chinese food place, a burger place, an ice cream shoppe, and a bakery shop with excellent cupcakes. The food court is nothing short of filthy, I found myself rummaging through my purse to find disinfectant wipes to clean off the table before we sat down. There are food dishes and wrappers strewn about. Now the absolutely most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen in a casino. The food court ladies room has only 3 stalls which had apparently overflowed and there was wet toilet paper in piles on the floor of all 3 stalls. It was nothing short of gross. If you are looking for a sparkling Vegas style casino, this is not the place to go! Side note, within days of my visit I contracted pneumonia, I totally believe I caught it here as it is the germiest, dirtiest casino I have ever visited. Also I actually saw 2 people spit on the carpet.

First time there and possibly the last because the machines appear to take a lot of money before you really hit any winnings not like Vegas where I hit on day one with just $20 and the vibes are much upbeat and fun. Server also refused to serve my wife because she wasn't sitting even though my wife just got up with her ticket from the machine after cashing out. This casino doesn't have a true good vibe and strange even though the weather was beautiful and many ppl who are regulars said it sucks money out of you and no winners. SUCKS...who says that at a casino something is definitely wrong there

I'm not much of a gambler but my wife is and our experience at this casino vary depending on what days and times you visit. Weekends tend to attract a more youthful and energetic crowd while weekdays tend to be more reserved for the more frequent, older and tenacious gambler. I prefer a more upbeat and exciting environment so the weekends tend to be our cup of tea. Friday and Saturday nights sometimes offer a live dj which is always a welcoming experience. It definitely helps make the place more lively. Unfortunately that also attracts some unsavory characters but if you're minding your business you'll be fine. The added level of security is a plus considering this casino's checkered past. But I'm happy to say that after witnessing an unruly guest take his aggression and loses out on a machine a few weeks ago, undercover security came out of the woodwork. So there is presence of added security and a plethora of undercover agents that give oneself peace of mind to gamble away worry-free.

Worst experience , I was there about 3 days ago and i won 750 . they gove me only 525 .they told me i have to pay taxes . because they aske me for my social security number .but i dont have ... They are racists. I spend a lot of money there i thing thats not fair????

I am some what perturb that the Jamaica community is asked to pay $5.00 for shuttle commute - The reason given for the charge is that the casino has noticed an influx of the homeless persons using the shuttle. If management experiences an issue with the homeless then it should be dealt with accordingly not at the expense of the JA patrons. We can no longer board the shuttle at the casino entrance but have to walk some distance whether it's RAIN, SNOW or whatever. I attempted to take the shuttle last Tuesday around 12:30 am and was shocked when i was told that the shuttle to JA stops running at 12:00 am. Correct me if I'm wrong. Would it have been so difficult for you to announce or flash an alert that the last JA shuttle will be 17 12:00 am. You did however remember to remind the necessity to print the $5.00 voucher. You boast a casino with a food court and not a decent dining restaurant. And, You will continue to display poor management until people realize that your operation can only survive by their patronage. I

Where do I begin? First, I am a gold card member, I play plenty of penny slots (max bet) to the high limit room. I have won here on a few machines in the past few years and It was good when it first opened, but since then, it's been downhill and getting worse each year. The food court was descent, however after Artichoke Basille's Pizza left, there is no good food left, the crap came in. The food is now utterly disgusting. $15.00 for a subway sandwich, $12.00 for some kind of chinese food that I don't want to even think of I ate. They can even mess up on a starbucks cup of coffee at the donut place. When I go to gamble here, I dress down to blend in. I've been begged by more people for more money in the past 6 months than I ever have at a casino in 26 years of gambling. Total turn off. Yes the machines are very tight here, if you hit a jackpot its for a few hundred dollars and I have to hit the cash machine button fast so no one sees or the vultures will come and beg some more. I don't feel safe here anymore. It has gotten worse. Security, what security. Seats have gotten dirtier, floors dirtier, the same crappy slot games just moved around to let people think they have new games. Every time I hit on a slot, guess what? Its gone in a month and replaced with some piece of crap. Check out the years on these slots, copyrighted. Most say between 2006-2011, so your playing 10 year old slots. It's because no other casino wants them anymore. I get better promotions from Saratoga, upstate NY, played there once, than playing each week at resorts. No one hits, I see sometimes maybe a 2k hit, but if you have 500 people playing and 1 person hits, they are making a killing. I don't come here as much anymore, and if I do I bring a few hundred, just to see if its changed, it hasn't. Whats honestly the last straw is tonight I wanted to get a win loss statement at the casinos I play at on line, all can do it on line, resorts; I have to wait 10 days for it to arrive in the mail. Really? Do yourself a favor save your money and buy scratch offs, your odds are probably better. Oh and when I went 2 weeks ago I won $40.00 on a scratch off, this was my biggest hit there that night! Says alot for there slots.

This world resort casino is evil,suck your blood. Don't come to this casino. No good you will lose all your money lose your family and lose your future. Don't expect to win any penny at this place. In 2015 I lost total 80000 dollars in this casino. I played baccarat. You think baccarat is 50/50 chane to win. But it is not. This casino using the machine. It could be control. I have many years experience to play this game but not at this world resort casino. I think this casino tricking people. First you only have 20 second to bet the game have no time to think. Second I think we are human can not win the machine is controlling. Machine could let you win or lose. All people I knew they came there all of them lose the money. No one have money to come back over there. Last year I am so stupid to let this casino sucked my money. Trust me. Don't come over to gambling. For hang out drink beer ok. No table game at this world resort casino. You should go to another casino have table game service good. This casino don't respect gambler.
