I was at the Wendy's by Sovereign Center. Now this Wendy's didn't receive these 5 stars for the food, it's Wendy's, but I will say that they have so far the best customer service on the island. That goes for restaurants of any kind or variety. Hands down.

Good customer service and beautiful staff. The food is good too. I love their frosty floats it's a nice treat to have when you are there. They only have hamburgers though and chicken nuggets.

Always good, freshly prepared, juicy burgers and delicious salads! Spacious but still cozy, busy but not crowded, quick service, quiet atmosphere. Good choice!

Service reasonable. Why does the bathroom have to be so cold? Salads are good. Usually clean dining area.

Customer service is good here and the food too. Usual menu as you would get in most fast food restaurants across the country. However it is a good place to go and have a nice meal with friends or family or even loved ones. Very good location because it is close by the road so you can get Transportation very easily after you were finished a meal.

1st best burger place to have ice cream And eat burger with nuggets and bring kids to enjoy the food they are eating

I want a refund of those loaded fries.. I only got 10 sticks of fries, 1 slice of bacon and a tsp of cheese, would've eaten a patty and felt better.. I just need bk my money.

Customer service is good. Queues for cashing food can get long but they move quickly. More than enough seating.

Look, most fast food places in Kingston don't know what the term fast food means. Wendy's, though, tends to be fast enough. Food is consistent and at least they're close enough to KFC Old Hope Road that when you don't get any service at that KFC, you can choose somewhere else...like Wendy's Liguanea.

I visited recently and ordered a REGULAR FISH SANDWICH. I emphasized to the cashier that I wanted a REGULAR FISH SANDWICH and that I've had that problem before , that I received a 'SPICY ' fish sandwich instead. Realizing after leaving that they gave me the wrong one . Well guess what? They did the same thing again! Also to add insult to injury the spicy fish was the most horrible tasting excuse for a sandwich ever . What am I to do ? Open and taste the sandwich right there in the store ? Also , that system of shouting out the order to the staff at the rear DOES NOT WORK !!!!. I won't be coming back any time soon. I'll be going elsewhere . Thanks

I am always in for a good sandwich and a location fitting for my preference. Wendy's has found a way to marry the two very well.

One of the healthier options for fast food as you all know. The Liguanea branch is pretty fast and the staff are normally quite helpful.

Friendly staff. Food is generally done in a timely manner. The new pecan portion and taste for apple pecan salad has diminished the value of the salad.

Wendy's is always clean, food is great and tastes very fresh. Their vegetables also taste fresh which I'm happy about. Never had a good mishap there. The staff members are very nice, appreciate the security guard who opens the door for you coming in and out of the facility. Love that ! Definitely a good place to visit for a nice lunch.

Food taste great. Was freshly prepared. Didn't have to wait too long. The staff was kind and presented the meals with a smile. Seating where clean. Restrooms well kept. Location is easy to find. Security staff on premise so no need to feel threatened in the area.
