The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel is it's proximity to the falls. Otherwise, I was completely disappointed. Our reservation was made over 2 weeks in advance with the American Express travel team, but confirmed by the Seneca reservation team. We requested 2 double bed rooms in order to accommodate my family of 8. Also, being that we were so close to Niagara Falls we wanted and paid for rooms with views that were adjoining. However, upon checking in we received only one room with double beds and neither room had a clear view of the falls. The staff justified this by saying that requests are not guaranteed and that our rooms had the best view they could offer. Our view was more so of a parking lot and the amenities were few for the price paid to stay at this "resort". Definitely do your homework before booking this location. There are other more reasonably priced hotels that I'm sure would be more accommodating to a large group traveling with a senior citizen

I went on a family vacation to Niagara Falls in late June. The hotel rooms were very beautiful and our view of the fireworks at night was enjoyable. The only thing I did not enjoy was our customer service. Not one staff member took the time to offer my father or my family to join their social club--which could have saved us so much more money in the long run. But it's all a "business" at the end of the day, right? Thank you to the buffet host who told us that we could all earn a free meal. Food at the buffet was all right, most of it lacked flavor--with the exception of their dessert bar. Beautiful hotel, great view, but poor customer service cannot be overlooked. Will definitely take other hotels into consideration when we come back.

Top notch customer service. We enjoyed the buffet and we're very impressed with the wait staff. Susan was attentive and we even had some nice conversation with her. She made us feel welcome and not like "just another table" on this very busy day. She also didn't rush us through our meal and offered coffee with dessert.

Great place. I signed up for free points card on the first night I was there and got a free dinner voucher for their buffet. It happened to be a Wednesday which is their all you can eat crab legs. The food was great, the crab was better! We won some and lost some. The Jurassic world machine is a lucky one ;)

I attended this location for both the restaurants and the casino. I ate dinner at the steakhouse, which while a bit expensive, had extraordinary good steak. The games in the casino itself were varied and in good condition. The area was generally clean and the hosts numerous. The overall experience playing the slots for me was favorable. All in all, I would absolutely go back again!

I stayed here with my family for three days. When we arrived at check in, all of the rooms for non-smoking were booked so we decided to upgrade to a suit for $150 extra each night to avoid smoke. When we got to the room, the suite was beautiful. Amazing views. Later that evening we decided to go to the casino and that’s when the nightmare started. A vast majority of the security guards are extremely rude and arrogant. They act like police officers even though they are not. Each time I entered the casino, I was asked for my drivers license multiple times even though I clearly look and am over 21. They took me off the floor to ask me questions about my license. Once the security officers finally realized it was legit, they were constantly watching and following me everywhere in the casino. It was extremely uncomfortable and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The bell service is also dreadful. My family requested they hold a few items for us, and when we checked out, we provided them our tickets and they lost the items. Items won’t worth a lot, maybe $200-$250 total so not a huge loss, but still a loss. All they did was apologize, the manager did not offer any resolution. **Also, when they say a view, it is just the skyline of Ontario or the mist of the falls.** If you do pick this hotel, be ready to be harassed by security and for the bell service to lose your items.

Visit the casino on a Friday and enjoy the dinner buffet for a special price! Parking is free too! Really like the vibe on the casino floor, the entertainment and the great customer service people. Reminded me of Las Vegas in a past era. Gambled a bit and then joined the line up for the buffet. Really enjoyed the variety and overall decent quality of the food. There are plenty of buffets that try to please everyone and few meet the mark but I would say that Thunder Falls is the exception and really does have something good for everyone. Waitress was nice too. I look forward to coming back for a fun Friday out.

I am impressed with the Seneca Casino and it's buffet. I saw many different gaming machines my husband and I enjoyed. Friendly staff and clean restrooms. Since we have never been to this casino in Niagara falls we received free buffet and saved 62.00. it was also crab leg night and people were lined up for these. Oh wait here is the killer part all drinks are FREE! With alcohol or without.....just like Vegas...... please tip your server, they are working very hard.

Great place for family fun. Room was huge and spacious and very well set up. Pool was huge and hot tubs were also very nice. Buffet was great for entire family. Staff is so nice. Everyone seemed to go out of there way to help make the stay amazing. Can't wait to come back. Tons of things to do in the area obviously only makes it better.

A beautiful and modern casino/ hotel. The rooms are well maintained, modern and comfortable. The casino has all they latest games with plenty of space to move around. The nightlife is always fun, drinks are great and dancing!! Great food choices too. I highly recommend this casino/hotel over others in the Buffalo area.

The casino feels like a tiny little Vegas. The buffet had a great variety but none of the foods wowed us. We were disappointed that the majority of the casino was smoking with only a small section dedicated to non-smokers. The games in the non-smoking section were really limited so we ended up playing in the smoking area anyway. We weren't able to compare the other casinos in the area. I'd definitely only rate this one as average based on my experiences from other areas.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. The view was incredible. The bed and pillows were really soft which I didn't like but they were obviously luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. The casino is huge and lots of fun and all the restaurants were amazing. Drinks are expensive so sign up for the Players Club card because you drink for free while you're playing games.

Always have good food at buffet. The staff is very friendly . The service is good. Server came over within seconds of being seated. Drinks were delivered within a few minutes. Table was cleaned of dirty dishes as fast as our group finished.watier made sure to ask often if we needed anything and returned with items quickly.. truly a great dining out experience.. keep up the good work.

Went for a convention and stayed an extra day to check out the area. The hotel was very nice, clean updated room but a lousy view of the parking lot. We were on a non-smoking floor but could still smell old tobacco odors, particularly in the hallway but at times in the room as well. Did a little gaming and played video poker at the bar where your drinks are comped, so that's nice. The wacky Wednesday entertainment was a blast! Ultimately, the food on property was just ok. The free buffet for signing up for the players card was a balm that helped soothe other overpriced meals we purchased. Next time I'll eat off property every meal. A few of the local diners for breakfast were charming and an amazing value, they were also close by. As others have said, signage around the property would help a great deal to guide you in, especially for hotel valet off the main road.

Went for crab legs on Tuesday and they were very good, however for a steep price of 31$ per person it may not be enough for everyone. other items such as the fish fry, pizza (they use a stone oven!), and potatoes were pretty alright as well. some food was kinda dry but overall not too bad. the desert bar had a wide variety as well and me and my girlfriend were very satisfied with it. The waiters seemed just okay. Overall, if you're okay with spending some money for all you can eat crab legs then go for it!

Had a great time here. The casino is great, I even won some money. Got a free buffet for signing up for the players club card. The buffet was excellent. Had great service and the food was delicious. All in all it was a great experience and look forward to returning when we have the opportunity.

The buffet is amazing. Great food and a variety you cannot find anywhere else. David the manager on duty was so welcoming and took exceptional care of our needs. He made the buffet that much more enjoyable. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Did not gamble. Went to the all u can eat buffet at Thunder Falls. An amazing array of food. Everything I had was fresh and good. Well worth the money!!😄😎 On my visit today I went to the Price is Right Live Show in The Seneca Niagara Events Center. I was very impressed at the Friendly Fast and Efficient way the large crowd was handled. This was General Admission so this was no small Wonder!! The Event Center was larger then I expected! The seats were comfortable. It looked to me like you could see the stage from any seat. There were also 2 large screen T.V.s on both sides of the stage just in case you were having trouble seeing further back. Exiting the Event was Not a problem either. It was orderly and quick!! 😎😁❤ I will be looking to see what other Shows they are hosting at this venue and will go back because of their hassle free grade A handling of this one. I Highly recommend Seneca Niagara Event Center❤
