Attended a wedding at Vernon Downs. Food and service was great. Awesome atmosphere. They need to do something about their sound system outside however.

Better payouts than turning stone. But, there aren't many games as it is a small place. It wasn't packed on a Friday night and that was nice. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because they had a promotion for new players and they told me the computers were down.

Great place to gather with friends and make new friends. Clean comfortable rooms . Very good food options from Mr.Gs restaurant to two buffets , miracle mile at horse race track and a great deli style. The best asset is the staff! Wonderful friendly people especially the two casino host Mark and Dan. They make there customers feel welcome and appreciated . Try vernon downs, you can play a lot longer then any other area casinos and feel safe at the same time. You can enjoy dancing, horse racing, playing the slots, gathering with friends and eating ! A fun time every time.

The place was very clean and quiet, especially considering the were horse races going on. The staff were very courteous sd nd professional. The all-you-can-eat buffet was fantastic!

Fun night, good racing standard bred horses. Decent food at the Miracle Mile restaurant, good service, close to their casino.

Nice little casino.. pretty small... no table games. Good food options. Overnight parking for big trucks.

I make the trip to the racetrack at least once a year with friends. The races are entertaining, the buffet is passable. Staff service is hit or miss, but good enough that we keep coming back.

Buffet was very reasonably priced. Large variety and selections of food. Food was good. Wait staff was attentive. Restrooms we're clean.

We have stayed at Vernon downs a few times and love it. Rooms always clean and they provide a refrigerator and microwave. Indoor pool and jacuzzi large and lots of fun. Service very prompt and polite. Easy to find and quiet location.
