The Chilean sea bass was exquisite with the pineapple/sweet potato squash! The asparagus & hollandaise was yummy & the creamer brûlée oh boy! It was a delectable dinner

So I will caveat this review by saying that I am directly comparing my experience here to the Ruth's Chris locations in Charlotte, NC which I frequent. The food at this location was spot on and delicious. I have nothing negative to say. Now the customer service, is like night and day compared to the other Ruth's Chris I eat at. This location feels similar to a Chilis.. dirty plates were not cleared timely, drinks were left empty for long periods of time (even had to flag down the server for a refill a few times), the server was not friendly... I could not tell you what her teeth looked like because she never smiled. I receive the exact opposite service at the Charlotte restaurants, you are essentially treated like royalty and the staff I upbeat, friendly, and have impeccable service. We had to bag up our own to go food at Harrahs. Never once had to do that Charlotte locations.

I had a great experience at the Cherokee location. The food was Amazing and the service was Impeccable! The prices are high. I believe you get what you pay for, but this place is a bit Overboard with that concept.

Really average! Steak was great but service, salad, and side subpar. Not a 5 star restaurant they are over priced. Mash potatoes seemed old and chared broccoli was gross and cooked poorly. Save your money and go to longhorns food and service is better.

Pricey, yes, but it was worth it! Service was amazing, as was the food. I had the best salad I've ever eaten along with a killer Ribeye.

If you can afford it, you can't go wrong with Ruth's Chris. It's food perfected. The lamb is some of the best I've ever had.

$400 bill and got better service from Waffle House. I dont appreciate simple requests being overlooked / ignored. Food was great but waitress needs to be more attentive especially since half the tables were empty.

I would give three stars but my meals are free from the casino and the management is always accommodating if something is wrong. The interior is cozy and comfortable. Not a steak person so go with the seafood which has been good a few times, but not great others. The sides are good and there is a lot of drink and menu options. Oh the lobster Mac N Cheese was awful the one time I was in a hurry at the bar and tried it. Seriously bad, didn't eat paid and left.

Finally went to Ruth Chris with my wife after wanting to for a long time. Disapointing to say the least. The service was the best part, our server Liam was excellent. The atmosphere was very nice. We both ordered the $55 bone in ribeye, mine was cooked properly the other was very undercooked. I have never been to a restaurant where the price includes only the steak. So watch the sides you order. $9 for some lettuce a couple croutons, 2 cherry tomatoes and a few pieces of union not worth it. And another $9 for a baked potato with butter. By the time we left it was a $200 bill with tip. I would have been just as happy at Texas Roadhouse, and paid a lot less

Food was on par with other Ruth Chris. Would give it 5 stars but service was far from good. From the the menu's being just placed on the table. To when I inquired about a reserve wine list, the server apparently had no idea what I was asking for. Once a bottle of wine had been selected, and the first glasses poured the server left it to us to pour. Water glasses not kept refreshed. Unused place settings left in place. All in all we felt we were an inconvenience for them. Ruth chris food with Chili's service.

Please do not waste your time and money at this Ruth Chris. My only desire was to get an amazing $60 steak but unfortunately I was gravely disappointed. My 16oz steak was not cooked to the correct temperature and had 6oz of unrendered unedible fat. Though, I will say the steak had great flavor. The asparagus with hollandaise and mashed potatoes were bland. We were sorely disappointed and will never waist our time and money at Harrah's Ruth Chris again.

Nice but, I've been to much better Ruth Chris. I was not use to having to ask for everything and you shouldn't have to when your spending $130.00 for two. I would suggest they vist the Ruth Chris in downtown Atlanta, Honolulu, San Antonio Tx. to name a few.
