For most part, I don't see any reason why you would not your experience,there are some good people there

Bad. Called from 30 minutes out to ensure they were open and we didn't need any reservation or special terms-arrived & we were decisively turned away & referred to Doc's bar & grill. Regardless that the hostess (who also answers the phone) did not specify we had to be staying at the Shangri-la to dine there (a new rule) At Doc's the wait staff & food were just very poor. Very dissapointing. $50 later for $5 experience. Very unprofessional for Summit. If not fully determined to overcome it, it could of ruined an otherwise lovely holiday weekend outing.

Wonderful dining experience this evening! Started with the Winter Beet Salad, delicious and fresh! Then I had the Salmon, brussel sprouts and spinach...so yummy! The salmon was prepared perfectly! I don't like salmon over done. Ended the evening with a key lime brulee. Very good! I tasted my husband's coconut cream cake, best I have ever eaten! So excited for brunch on Sunday!

Excellent food! The service was excellent! The view was great! Our seats have great view of the sunset over the lake. It was just beautiful. We were there in January, so it was pretty quiet. The weather was perfect and the temperature was in the upper 50's.

The chocolate cake is I die for. You can enjoy your lunch or cocktail while ou watch your spouse or children chip awsy overlooking the drive. Excellent service.
