Beautiful hotel and great food, but what sets this place apart is the staff. Have not encountered any employee here who was not helpful and friendly. I only play the penny slots, and there are many to choose from. Much less smokey than the Kansas City area casinos and was happy to discover the sports bar had a large no smoking area. Great weekend getaway!

I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They have black jack and poker tables and a huge selection of slot machines. The steak house was good, comparable to a Ruth Chris. The buffet was fantastic and had a great variety.

Clean, staff helpful and friendly, food good! Had breakfast at the Buffalo Grill Buffet and dinner at the Silver River Buffet, all very tasty! Motel room clean and well stocked (Towels, coffee stations) and we had two free nights! Thanks for a great stay!🍓🍇🍍🍳🍽️ We will be back!😴😄

4 out of 5 for downstream. Rooms were nice, casino floor was nice, food was great, and staff was friendly. Overall pleasant experience. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the constant pressure to tip employees. If you do a good job, I leave a good tip. If you don't, then you get a bad tip if even one at all. I don't need literal constant notes about how I should tip at the turn of every corner. Some of the notes were even downright pushy and borderline not okay

Had a great time here! Great poker room setup with a good size crowd. Roulette table was electronic and had an awesome bonus feature. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Even walked out with a few extra bucks (til I returned the next night). 4 out of 5 stars based on no $5 blackjack table on Friday. Well done Downstream. Well done.
