I was not impressed at all I came to the casino and ne and my wife where hungry. We walked in and there where 3 families in front of us a guess that was leaving told us it was a horrible experience and said we should leave me and my wife being who we are gave it a chance we where sat down and immediately asked what we wanted we said cheese fries with a grill cheese and chicken fingers the fries showed up with no cheese and my wifes grilled cheese showed up way before my food we are highly disappointed as we like to eat together and we did not receive what we asked for in a timely matter if your looking for a good place to eat it is not here go somewhere else

Best service we had out of 4 Pocono area restaurants. Our waiter, Devon, was on the ball and made sure our needs were taken care of.

This would be a 5 star review if they didn't refuse to participate in the food voucher program with the rest of the casino...

Our waitress stated that they did not have a children's menu even though it is posted online, and she never came back to check on us after giving us our food, only to bring us the check. I would have understood if she was the only wait staff or they were busy. Neither was the case. (There were only five other tables with patrons in the restaurant).

My favorites are the Smokehouse burger, cheesey french fries w/ smokehouse sauce, & oreo milkshake you get more in a metal cup. It's kind of weird being in a casino & it's a 50's restaurant but, it's really good food it's worth going for the food alone but, the servers are very friendly & nice. I love 😍 this place.

Very disappointed was looking forward to as I been there years before but this time was a total disappointment from the floors which were so slippery that my wife and my self nearly feel over to the milk shake which was suppose to be chocolate and peanut butter but they don’t even use chocolate ice cream. Also it’s suppose to be a 50s 60s restaurant but they were playing 80s music and the staff were not wearing era apparent outfits and the restrooms were a mess. Total disappointment all round!

My husband and I went to Johnny Rockets Saturday night for dinner. We stood at the "wait to be seated" sign for about 10 minutes, even though there were many open tables available. We asked a server near by if we could sit, and he told us to "hold on". Another server went about taking orders while we stood next to empty tables. Once we were finally seated, we sat for another 15 minutes waiting for somebody to take our order. We finally just walked out. There were only 4 tables occupied at the time, and a couple people at the counter and about 10 empty tables. Honestly, there were more servers and cook staff on hand than customers, so the lack of service made no sense. I guess since the chain was bought by Friendly's, it lost it's customer service skills along with it's reputation. Regional managers need to do pop in's and micro-manage this place because the staff lack the capacity to demonstrate quality customer service! Skip this place if you plan on ordering any food !

Good, old fashioned cooking. In the best way. If they had some GF bread I would have been all over that toasted egg salad.

I so enjoy it here! The food is yummy and the wait staff very friendly, hard workers and prompt... Chantel treats us like family. Always there working hard! If wait staff can get a raise she should definitely get one!
