What's that? You hate idea of having a long term relationship your money? Well, do I have the place for you! But seriously, the house always wins. You know that, right? That said, Rivers is a real nice casino - plenty of tables & machines, a variety of bars and restaurants and they bring in some decent bands every once in a while. I'm partial to the Asian wok part of the buffet, myself. Great setting, convenient to get to/from, plenty of parking.

The Poker Room is big and comfortable. A huge hall with hundreds machines and tables for roullet, blackjack, poker games. The big bar and good light. This place so close to the Heinz Football stadium and Carnegie Center along Ohio River. Self-parking, wallet parking - what you need. Have money then have enjoy here.

I have met so many nice people here. It's a GREAT place to go and hang out with friends. I'm in here every day. I don't always play but I sincerely enjoy the atmosphere. A special thanks to one of your games attendants, Mr Jon. He is so nice and he ALWAYS makes time to chat with me. I enjoy sitting in the Drum Bar and people watch. This place is always a great time. The food is great, the bathrooms and facility are always very clean. I’ve never won a major jackpot but I do see people winning all the time but the luck just hadn’t come my way yet. If you aren’t gambling they do have a beautiful bar inside with a huge light that changes the room colors and they have bands that play there from time to time. Free parking as well so yes check it out

People are helpful to find you way around the casino. It's easy to get circled around. Complimentary beverages have a nice selection. Thought restaurants prices were high. I went with a group of people (38) most of us lost approximately $ 200.00 or more. So I would have liked to have seen a better pay out.

They still haven't taken many ideas into consideration. Used to be able to spend more time for your money but not now. And if your signature they say You don't wait on line behind people that have the lower cards than you do. they don't take U 1st they take other People ahead of you. They make the policies and don't even Follow their own policies. I wish it was like it used to be when it first opened it was a lot nicer . And unless you spend thousands and thousands of dollars don't expect to hit on a drawing. Rivers you could make this so much of a nicer experience

Nice place, offer 5$ free play, or 10$ table. If you download app and show to player club you get an extra 5$. Very clean, and spacious. Lots of different slots to choose from. I did not play any table games but did notice it was 5-10$ a hand minimum. I did't have any luck really, but my friend had some. However they managed to take it back. It ended up to be a 170$ day for me.

I am only giving 3 stars because of how smoky it was in there. It. Was. Disgusting. My husband and I ate there, at Andrew's, and it was really good. We then went to the tables to play a few games and even though we had no idea what we were doing, we had a blast. Craps has to be the most difficult game I've ever played and it happened to be the vey first one we tried. We eventually ended up at roulette, which was just our place and skill level. It was a perfect game to sip drinks and lose all our money on. They could absolutely improve the place by banning smoking!!!

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is for mostly senior citizens and young people. It has plenty of parking and restrooms were clean. The casino has 3,000 slot machines. Rivers Casino has five restaurants: Grand View Buffet, Ciao, West End Cafe, Andrew's Steak & Seafood, and Vietnamese Noodles. It also has four bars: Spiral Bar, Drum Bar, Levels, and Wheelhouse. In the fall of 2009, the casino opened a coat room, open till 6 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 2 am closing time on Fridays and Saturdays. The casino also has a nightclub and a 1,000 seat outdoor amphitheater. I went twice to Grand View Buffet and the food was awesome. Rivers Casino offers a rewards club, the Rush Rewards Players Club. It has various rewards based on play level. Some rewards include free slot play, free monthly gifts, and free/discounted food offers. My favorite is slot machines I used to spend a lot of time.

My favorite casino in Pittsburgh! Good, clean, lots to do. Highly recommend for visitors and natives alike! Restaurants and a buffet too. Lots of tables to play here normally on weekends in the summer they open all of the tables, it can be harder to find a table when they aren't all open though.

The facility looks nice and is in a good location. Has a great view and the buffet is lovely. However: the smoke inside the casino is unbearable. I can physically feel myself developing emphysema while I am in there.

Pleasantly surprised. Made a quick stop in to check the casino out as passing thru. Enormous selection of slots and video poker games as far as the eye could see. This is a smoking casino but there are non-smoking sections. Nice spot that offers free beverages (sodas and coffee). We ended up finding a promotion where downloading their app and showing guest services would earn you $5 in free play! Wound up winning enough head upstairs to the buffet for a free lunch! Fantastic buffet. One of the better ones around. Nicely laid out and not the standard "fried & previously prepared food" normally seen. Would definitely return and maybe stay the weekend.

It was a Drawing Sunday every hour from 1-8pm with a chance to win $50,000! 10names called each hour with a guarantee of $250 in Free Play. You first rolled 3dice and then spun a Big Wheel hoping the dice on the Big Wheel match with what you rolled! It was exciting watching this and the emotions involved! I really thought that the Casino would have been packed and difficult to even get on a Slot machine but the place wasn't as Saturated as I had expected. And that made for a much more enjoyable experience at the RIVERS. It was pleasant to be able to play machines that I usually don't have the opportunity to get on!

I do not gamble, so I cannot comment on the gambling. However, I frequently visit on Friday and Saturday nights for the music in the drum bar. They consistently have solid bands, that are geared more towards people that enjoy music, than those that enjoy club scenes. Some of the bands are more eclectic, some are more upbeat and provide opportunities for dancing and mingling. The food at all the restaurants are decent for the prices and a good option for a date night, grab some food and drinks and enjoy a night relaxing to good music.

Manager(?) At the Levels bar very rude, waited a long time to place a drink order. She started to take my order then told me to "hang on a second" then never came back. Waited on 4 other people. Second bartender who took my order was very nice though she didn't seem surprised. Too busy for the very few bartenders that were there.

Beautiful view spacious and clean inside enjoyed my time here. Buffet was very nice in my opinion. Nice way to pass time if you don't have a gambling problem. Everything in moderation, right? And... with $5 play money, I hit $1700 jackpot.

First time here. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We went on a Wednesday night so it was not crowded. Even though there are designated smoking areas, the entire place smells like smoke and the beverage bar is in a smoking section. I do realize smoke can't be contained so it is what it is. I think Rivers is smaller than Hollywood in Harrisburg but still has many of our favorite games.

Great casino. Lots of fun things to do here. I like the virtual roulette table. The buffet upstairs has a little bit of everything. Free complementary drinks. Service is pretty decent. Restaurants are unique. Good for big events also its just a little pricey but you get a great view of the city in the event rooms. My only complaint is the smoke smell but thats all casinos.
