Normally its a great experience. i think today too many staff members were tied up in getting ready for the sports book to open on its inaugural day, and many of us playing in the surrounding area were left without attention such as getting a drink server (for a cup of tea) after 3 requests of the managers/staff standing by for the grand opening. Though it seems silly when you play and lose sometimes hundreds of dollars in a day getting a free beverage can turn an okay experience into a good or great one

I'm here often the dealers and pit bosses are great. The comps are pretty good. Free play every week and giveaways. Compared to other casinos in the area they are the best comps around that's why I go here. The downside. Drinks take forever place is dirty. They need to clean the carpet or replace.

We only went to play poker. My guy won 500$ after that we went to the black Jack table the min was 15 I think that's a nice price the max was 1000. I had won 100. So next while we was leaving I put 20 on 27 and got like 600 i was so happy that was one of the best time i had ever i wish that can happen every time i go there. The free drinks be popping. Nice tourist attraction to have fun and win some money.

Enjoy the place. A WIN sometime would be nice!!! Gino's Steaks very good.. once & a while I do get free food voucher. Parking crowded, but I seem to get a spot. Security good. Clean restrooms, floor area kept nice. Decorative. Thanks.

Only good thing is the food. Although it is a nice place the lighting makes it so you can not tell what time of day it is. all I could see was elderly people plunking away their life savings on slot machines. Kinda sad. I will not be coming again.

I used to love this place until I spent $400 and left my rush reward card in the car and I asked for a drink and was denied even while I was playing at a slot machine. Mind you I asked for soda because I don't drink alcohol. Smh did better

The algorithms in this place and is against the customers or the players. You can play for any length of time and it may give you a few hits but the longer you stay on a particular machine inevitably you will lose. The longer you play the more you lose. I called that the point of no return When you put so much money into a particular machine and you keep playing hoping and praying that you will win. This is not with Sugarhouse only it's a new algorithm with every Casino that I played on the East Coast. I am? All Casino players have you ever noticed that you don't get a complete 4 line of any particular slots to play or a completed four rolls. So my advice is to learn by looking at the rotations.

Great action on The poker tables, card tables didn't treat me nice but I didn't expect any different and the machines were paying little-by-little and help pay for my visit. I left with less money than I walked in With but enjoyed myself. The 1st ility was very clean and attractive and I would recommend it to Anyone. I didn't try the food so I can't say but it would not surprise me to find that it was in the same category as the rest of my review. Parking with simple but height restricted me from parking anywhere but on the 1st level which was a little Concerning but I found a spot pretty quickly.

Nice place. Much improved since adding the parking garage. Seating at slots could use some improving and they're not very generous with the watered down drinks on the floor. It's hard to find anyone to serve you. Food prices are high, but that's any casino. Overall, easy to get a rewards card which also can put some free starter money on your card. I left with more money than I came with (came for Tacofest then ended up at the slots) so that's always a win! Employees were friendly.

This place is box building with a casino inside of it attached to a parking garage. Ghetto customers make it all the more of a dump. Slot machines don't even give back 80 % I've come to believe. Much better choices within a half hour drive, can't wait for the South Philly casino to open.

Had a great time at SugarHouse. Security guards are friendly and helpful. The staff at Geno's and Saxby's need training in customer service. Their skills are non-existent! Waitresses seemed to be doing a fine job, on the floor, offering beverages. The video poker machine, I inserted my credit voucher into, took my credits but game did not work. Then no attendant responded to the service light I put on.

It's a lot more spacious. Staff very helpful and cordial. That is extremely important to me. Ambience is more cool laid-back. Only issue is bathrooms are spaced to far apart. But I found that with other casino's as well. Otherwise great place to visit

I grew up 20 minutes from Atlantic city equipped with an addictive personality and a lust for the night . Countless casinos from Jersey to new Mexico even Germany this one I never see or hear anyone winning (unless its announced by staff over loudspeaker which might just be tape loop. Go of you want a cheesteak at Pats free parking and it being open 24 7 is the only drawing factor they also don't serve booze from 2am to 11am!!! What!?! Go if you are to happy and need to be humbled by crooks.
