Why are this ice cream so overprice ? and why if you are in Miami you don't carry Flavors inspired in our culture IN ALL YOUR STORES HERE?

The ice cream is great but their selling tactics a bit shady. Was with my 2 daughters and my mother. Girl at counter offered the small or regular size. After she served the first small we realized it was huge and my mom asked if that was the smallest size and girl didn’t answer. After we paid we realized there was a mini size for kids which she didn’t mention. I asked her about it and she said it’s store policy to only mention the small and regular.

I got my pricy ice cream and paid for it by credit card, the cashier then informed me the cc transaction didn’t go through, I checked my phone banking app and saw the transaction indeed went through but the cashier insisted it was declined. I ended up paying cash, and the cc transaction was never cleared on my account, so I was ripped off twice basically

Horrible service, one of the employees refuses to listen to you if you dont speak his language, and they are rude and impolite also, dont go here And its expensive too, what else? Si hablas español, una poronga ni vayas

The ice cream is creamy, delicious and incredible. It is a little pricey but totally worth it. Now, I put only 3 stars cause when it comes to this location, service is terrible. The staff always treats you with an attitude, like if you were bothering them. I would recommend another location, cause the if cream is definitely the best.
