I’ve been playing here for about 3-4 years now. The first year wasn’t bad I hit a few jackpots as would be expected for the large amounts I put in and since that first year I have not hit a single jackpot. It’s like I’m marked when I walk in the door I absolutely can NOT win and I spend a lot. I play at several different casinos and this one is by far the worst. Also Security staff is rude

I give the Sioux 4 stars. They are the best casino out of all three that the SWO tribe owns. most of the staff are very friendly, and if gaming you have the best chance here at the Sioux. Very clean. Best promos. Bigger better fun!!!!! There is always room for improvement though.

Went to the Seafood buffet. Service was very poor, aparently you have to fill your own drinks. People were waiting for plates because they didn’t have enough plates. 45 minute wait. Crab legs were cold. For $25 per person, this is an insult. We will never go back here.

Clean room decent rate. Everything was booked in town. We were pleasantly surprised. Comfortable beds, walls a bit thin but still for the price I didn't mind.

The casino and hotel are great! The hotel rooms are luxurious, comfortable and clean. The staff is top notch, friendly and welcoming, eager to help my visit improve at every turn. The food options inside the casino is also fantastic. The bartenders are great as well. Highly recommend this place!

Fairly large casino for South Dakota. Small poker room and blackjack areas. Machines are a little tight. Apparently they allow cigars in the casino and that was bothersome but otherwise the airflow is decent for smoking being allowed. There is no smoke free gaming area. It is kind of off the beaten path too.

Wifi is good. We got a suite and it's super nice, furniture is nice and new. Has a tub jacuzzi tub. Only downside is all the suites are smoking, but the two rooms we rented where not bad smelling at all. Gambling floor is mostly slots, lots ov verity for how small the place is. A few tables games but didn't play any.

They always do a good job with the food, drinks, and service. It's always clean, and well maintained. It's always a treat for my wife and I to go. The hotel rooms are "roomy" and clean. The beds are very comfy. You get free pop and coffee while gambling. They have a cool gift shop. You can smoke inside. They have great promotions, and players club.

The room was decent for $90. Food at the Mustang Steakhouse was good and drinks at the Lounge we're very good. Overall stay was 3 stars since the price raised since last being there

Nice rooms. Clean and comfortable but nothing particularly fancy. Fun little casino. Could use more variety of table games. Very good customer service.

They keep trying to improve with better machines, better acts, soft remodel but are kinda limited on space. Moving the poker room back to the larger area shows they are constantly trying to improve.

No complaints for hotel or casino, it was nice, everything was clean and we'll taken care of. We were not fans of the buffet. The food was just plain aweful. But the deli next door was really good.

Reasonably quiet (on a weekday stay), and clean accommodation. Beds do not live up to the standards of the rest of the place. I got in late and was tossing and turning feeling like I was rolling off the bed, and finally about 4:00am or so figured out to move to the other side of the bed and put my head where feet normally go. I then got a couple hours sleep. In the morning I could see a 2"+ deep welt in the mattress. The mattresses in the whole place are apparently all less than a year old, how sad is that? I hope they were a really good deal... I am willing to try them again (through my employer), but I will be inspecting the mattress before I settle in and bring a camping pad to sleep on the floor as a backup plan. Really it was not that much more expensive to stay here than a campground anyway

Hidden gem here. Very nice to have hotel attached. Rates are very reasonable and staff was friendly. Players club closes early on weeknights.

We had a great time. Front desk, shuttle drivers & security were all very friendly and helpful. Food was good (deli) & drinks were cheap. A special shout out to Terry (shuttle driver) & Glen (security) as they went above and beyond helping with the great weekend experience.
