My favorite casino, especially eating at the Pala restaurant, the manager always is so gracious, always remembers me, like family. I think her badge said "Patty". Actually, employee is very courteous and pleasure to talk with. The food is always well made and delicious. I work at Disneyland so I find this my "treat" and so enjoy taking a Pala bus from my home. I tell my friends that is the best place to go. Keep up the good work. Thank You, J.Henry

I have visited many Casinos in Southern California. This one is the best when it comes to gaining monthly free play and comp nights. The staff here are the most friendly and go out of their way if needed. Super easy to find. If on I-15 take the exit for Highway 76 Paula and go east. You'll arrive there in about 5 miles. The best thing about coming here, besides gambling, is Choices Buffet. Best in Southern California! Happy gaming and eating!

We were at the facility for a concert. It was held outdoors in the courtyard. A smaller, not more than 100 people, & very cozy/personal venue. The casino personnel were friendly, helpful & courteous. They had security but it wasn't over done or bothersome. Getting into the property, parking & finding our way around was very easy; leaving was the same. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at the Pala Resort and was Very disappointed. I used to take several vacations there when my granddaughter was little. Now, though everything has changed . I do realize the casino is for adults, however some grandparents love to spend time with their grand children as well. Seven new pools and not One designated area for children? My granddaughter is now 15 and we may not have many more times to just hang out poolside and take in the day spa which, one has to be 18 to 21 to enjoy now? I hate all the new changes! It has made Pala only for adults even outside. I have spent a lot of money there in the past. Your loss. I won't be back, unless this discrimination changes.

Last weekend i took my great grandma to Pala Casino and i must say it was the best idea. I encouraged all my family to get a room so we could call spend time together and it ended up being 25 of us all together! We laid around, gambled, and sat by the pool. Only thing i wish they would change is the fact that they don’t allow kids in the pool. At least make one kid pool. A few years back they did but with the new pools and alcohol allowed in the pool area now they have a no children policy. Aside of that everything was great including the rooms. Stopping at the buffet is a must as well! You don’t want to miss out on some great food! I will definitely be back.

Just like coming home. Excellent food at any restaurant, happy hour drinks and yummy appetizers reasonable. Rooms are beautiful and newly renovated pool area is huge with many different soaking pools and lounge areas. This is one of the few resort casinos where you don't choke on cigarette smoke. Still present but tolerable. Tricky but pretty drive in from I-15. Love this place!

We went to the Choices buffet inside Pals. The food variety is varied and there are many choices to choose from. Though some food are better quality than others, the overall quality was incredible for a buffet. Unlimited crab was absolutely delicious. The service was also good and the staff would constantly refill our drinks and respond to our requests. Wonderful buffet this was.

We visited Pala to have dinner at the buffet. My friends had been there before and raved about it. This was my first visit and I loved it. The buffet was absolutely wonderful. The food was fresh and delicious. There were different types of food, but the main attraction was the seafood. Plentiful crab, shrimp, and lobster. It was a clean and friendly environment.

Pala Casino is great I have been playing here for over 7 months and it is the only place that I will play Blackjack because they have single deck super fun 21. The location is great it is five to ten minutes east off Interstate 15 and.Highway 76. There is always live music a great fun atmosphere for all ages I would say more on the 30 40 50 plus compared to younger ages. I've always been treated with respect and the hosts are fair on comping you from good money to overnight stays. They have an awesome rewards program it has a basic benefits. They give really nice cars and or $20,000 cash every Friday night as well as many other giveaways weekly, monthly, and every 6 months. Two or three times a year they have a drawing in which. Hundreds of people share $130,000 for example. The hotel rooms are all suites, there are so many perks amazing offerings that this is the best casino in San Diego or Riverside. I could go on and on about the restaurants the parking the service but everything about this place I would give a 9 out of 10 I will be coming back here as this is my hope Casino because of what they have to offer check it out

We had so much fun here. Brand new RV resort. Landscape is new as well but not too tiny and it will grown quickly. We had shuttle service to the casino and ate at the buffet. I saw a great pool and hot tub in the resort but the weather was a little too chilly for me. There were children but their parents were attentive and respectful of others. Dog park was good enough. restrooms and facilities were new and clean. will definitely bring the rig back again.

From the beginning we are usually greeted at the door. Especially to be checked for ID because u have to be over 18 to gamble and over 21 to drink alcohol. But that day I wasn't.. Usually at the bar I'm being welcomed. And talked to. Served alcohol at its finest. The games were a big hot as well.. Good food. And the bathrooms were good as well.. Public transportation to and from that location is mutual 100% I would recommend this place for sure. But if your used to going there it kind gets boring.. More variety of games and more space I think would make a difference. Over all it was a good experience.

Had a blast here the other weekend! Nice clean facility. The dealers were all so friendly and full of energy! Great vibes! Oh, I forget the name but the restaurant in the back had the absolute best pizza I've ever had, among with the lobster ravioli with asparagus!! I cant wait to go back

5/1/18 wow, I just checked out and waited about an hour for hotel valet to get my car. They took my ticket but never pulled my key off shelf. When I asked if my car is up next, I told the short guy with dark hair that he was the one who took my ticket and he said he could have...they never apologized for the wait. I still tipped the other guy who pulled my car up but that was horrible. ....Pala Casino Spa and Resort is under construction but I'm excited to see and enjoy the new pool area, new dining options and remodeled hotel rooms. I hear that the pool will only be 21 and over when it reopens. Which is unfortunate for families with kids because that was a nice area for families. The spa is very luxurious and relaxing. Choices is one of the best buffet, if not the best. Casino has awesome live music. But I still would like to see better rewards.

Very relaxing resort. My husband and I love going for their slot tournaments! Its a nice quick getaway! Choices Buffet has wonderful food and the the staff are pretty amazing. Just this week we had a waiter named Joey. Joey's attitude was infectious to me! Always brought us a refill with a smile! I feel like he was grateful he has a job! Would definitely love to have him add our waiter every time! Thanks Joey!

My father invited me to see a tribute to Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens. These guys were really good. We dined at the "Choises" buffet, which is amazing, arive early and hungry! Tip: The free beverage kiosks run out of ice early, so just grab a cup and head over to one of the many bars and ask for a cup of ice and tip them a little... Good karma beats good luck any day.

Spent a day in the casino. Had a great time. Great slots and friendly service. Buffet was excellent! Can't wait to go again!

Choices the Buffet is always great. The ONLY reasons I give 4 stars are twofold. 1. The funky cigarettes we to endure while waiting in line. It's bad for your lungs and stinks to high heaven. The foul cigarette stench is a bit of a pet peeve, gives me a slight headache, and I have kids that don't need to breathe that filth and garbage in. I understand it's a casino and smoking is allowed indoors, these are MY issues with the place though so...yeah. 2. Lastly, the lack of kid prices is ridiculous. A two year old will never eat 37 dollars worth of food. So I've seen on the internet they've pissed off a lot of mothers and families with toddlers. We were there just yesterday as a matter of fact and we drop our 2 year old off at his grandparents house while we had our 6 month old. We would like to frequent this establishment, but these two things are certainly irritating. My son won't eat but a few fries and some chicken. I'll be damned if I spend 36 for him to eat only that...

I've been here a few times but on my last visit i was reminded why i don't like playing at this casino at all. The payoffs for one are horrible, I'm comparing to surrounding casinos. You do get free fountain drinks offered at self serve dispensers which is a plus but on a busy night it gets crowded and messy, and if they're being "serviced" you'd have to walk all the way across the casino to another one or chase down a waitress which is what i had to do. Unfortunately that doesn't include coffee either which is usually the most popular drink at most casinos, if you order one at the bar you actually get carded, YES! you get carded for buying coffee. The entertainment at the center bar looks like fun with live music, but again on a busy night don't expect much seating. The food seemed overly priced for quality, expect to pay $15-$20 minimum per person, and that's at the food court. Over all i'd say have fun spending all your money here (;

We had a big suit and a nice view I came for a group event so are company paid for it. The rodeo was nice and they were giving out free samples of Honey Jack and we had a reserve table were we ate some good BBQ. I didn't gamble here just stayed at the Hotel and enjoyed a good rodeo some good Bull riding.
