I don't know which day I was there but the employees are awesome. My movie pass was acting up(1ST time user). The helped me & I saw the movie I wanted. It'semployees like that which will keep ppl. Smiling & coming Back. THANKS GUYS YOU WERE AWESOME!!!!!

This theater is a little older but it doesn't bother me personally. It also doesn't have recliner seats or full blown stadium seating however the seats are leveled out so no one's directly in front of you. The charm with this theater however are the late showings, there's rarely a super large crowd. They also accept Moviepass. Not to mention it's right next to the Lakewood mall. So if you want to avoid large opening crowds, and be conveniently near the mall. This is a sure bet.

Been going to this theater for gosh over a decade...wow. Anyway nice atmosphere, calm, quiet, causal and if you see the newest movies you get the big stadium seats. The popcorn, snacks and nachos are expensive here as every movie theater but they are good. :)

Security was very passive and did not remove loud obnoxious group of people on their phones during the entire movie after we reported it. These people talked from opening previews till closing credits and had their phones out. The parents which were sitting behind them were being physically, sexually inappropriate and bad parents. After this was also reported to security they did not remove the people and the problem persisted. In addition the popcorn was flavorless. Theatre #7 has some the smallest, low to the ground, uncomfortable seats we have ever been in inside a theatre ever. The theatre was also very dirty when we first sat down before previews even started. I would not recommend this theatre to anyone and I would strongly suggest they rethink their policies on removing nuisance customers.

The Pacific Theater in Lakewood is really great place to go weather if you're by yourself, or with family or friends. Very convenient showtimes I can be late in the morning or late in the afternoon Eve or night. There's a tip for you guys if you are a student. I would recommend you to go on Tuesdays since they have 50% discount. Meaning instead of paying $12 for your movie ticket you'll pay $6 Which is a really good deal it be in any movie released. I guess you have to pay a bit more extra if you're trying to watch 3D but i guess it's normally .$6, that's pretty good seal. Also if you get that craving of a snack then if you are a student you are in luck. Just show your ID and you will get a discount on the popcorn.  their Selections in food are hot dogs, popcorn, soda, candy, and nachos. Allow there is great security outside and inside the movie theater. Also if you get confused between which movie stall you are in just ask one of the security guard and they will address you to the right place.The bathrooms are really clean there is toilet paper not like other places.

There are better theaters out there. Seats are decaying, outdated, and sad. The only upside is the fact that few people come here meaning that the staff is more attentive. This rating is for the theater and not the staff, they would get a better score.

Friendly staff. Seats are good. Had the personal pizza once, tasty, shared it with a friend. Been there four times in the last two months, crowd pretty well mannered.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. If my rating depended only on service, I would give them 5 stars. However, the theaters themselves are subpar. In my recent experience with this theater, the seats were uncomfortable, it seemed like the lights weren't turned off all the way during the movie, so I could still see everyone else around me. Granted, the bad experience worsened due to the constant whispering, coughing, and comments exclaimed during the movie by the audience members. Will not be returning to this theater.

Bathrooms are nice and very clean. The theaters are huge and the screens and sound is just right. But the snacks and drinks are horribly expensive. It costed my friend and I over $15 for 2 small sodas and a candy bar. But other than that, good theater!👍

I enjoyed "All the money in the world" movie here, staff was easy, the place was taken care of and theater was suitable. Only thing I found to be unacceptable was the prices for popcorn and soft drink. I think it was like 15 dollars for a soft drink and normal size popcorn. I see the food service takes advantage of a contained audience and your simply forced to pay the over high price for a normal 1 dollar pop it yourself amount of pop corn. Literally, the adult ticket price was less than the popcorn and drink. That was how I compared it. If fact this could be why the place is clean inside. Because most people just pass on the food and drinks, so there is no mess found inside the theater. Makes sense to me.
