Food is Ok. Came out about 40 minutes after I ordered. I asked them like 4 times when my food was coming out and they said soon. I waited for 55 mins...... BAD SERVICE. I Prefer Teri N Grill... They Have better Philly Cheese Steaks and wings. They even have teriyaki. I don’t recommend this place. EVERYONE VISIT TERI N GRILL IT IS A JEWEL. ONCE YOU VIST THERE YOU WILL NEVER NEED TO VISIT AMERICA DELI EVERY AGAIN. IT IS IN THE MALL WHERE BRUNSWICK ZONE IS. THEY ALSO HAVE REAL PEOPLE TAKING YOUR ORDERS AND ARE NICE!!!

Always good food, but food cost a lot, I'm paying almost 20.00 for 2 meals, I remember when they had a 4.99 special, 6 wings and fries for 4.99, but it's ok, I really don't eat there to often.

Food is exceptional, service is absolutely awful. Bad attitudes, zero help when asking any questions, extremely rude. It's an act of Congress to use the restroom.

Love American Deli. Been to Norman bridge, Ann St, and the eastern Blvd. All locations are great. Great people and GREAT food. You can never go wrong with the Philly cheese steak. Enjoy.

Went to visit this place while I was in town and their chicken wings are so good. I tried the lemon pepper wings and the spicy barbecue.

Service was terrible, the cashier was extremely rude. i have to remind her I order 2 drinks and she seems upset because she have to do her job and fix another. Very unprofessional

Every time I tried to place an order, the phone is either busy or never answered. No complaints as far as the food.

Food is great but the service sucks, when trying to place a call in order its either busy or no one picks up!
