Games don't play the way they used to... I can't win even a little... but it's definitely not as crowded as it used to be either.... see the correlation

I normally have a great time, the staff is terrific. Maybe recent purchases at the very comfy Chef's Restaurant has let me down a little, some details missed. It's a nice restaurant in the casino; many more positives than this recent negative. *please bring back veggie pizza and actually cover pizza, not 4 inch crust. Your pizza was the best.

We Love Northwood casino! Friday night seafood is excellent. Also love the Friday night drawings. We love meeting new people and seeing old friends.

Since reopening we no longer get free play offers, which was a major factor in us driving all the way up here. Also, nothing seems to pay out anymore. I tried bringing friends here but after first visit they won’t come back and prefer Skagit or Silver Reef instead. Haven’t seen anyone win a jackpot since reopening either which makes me wonder why I bother coming anymore.

I am really disappointed that you changed the house salad in Chef's to a raspberry vinaigrette instead of the oil and vinegar, making the salad turn pink. Yuck. The candied pecans were way better then the walnuts you are using now. Please go back to the old recipe, I'm sure there are tons of people who'll agree - we all used to rave about your famous house salad with the cranberries and candied pecans.

The food is really good and decently priced as is there beer and liquor. Not a great place to gamble though. The machines and gambling are terrible. They never pay. I would guess it's because it is smaller they have a much lower payout percentile. However if you want a quick bite and or a drink then it's a good place.

I thought the bacon was "off" but trusted the chef/staff would not serve unsafe food. Disappointing and hope this review will help them keep the quality they strive for. Wish I could say I won some money, I didn't, but everyone else in our group(4) did. It was a fun visit. The big plus for non smokers is that the place doesn't smell when you walk in, even though people are smoking, they have a great system that removes the smoke,and smell. I don't personally like the class machines they have, but it didn't seem to bother other people. Place is very clean. The restaurant was busy, but the food doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be, more expensive too. If you are looking for an inexpensive meal or snack they still have that available. Didn't check out the buffet, so can't report about it. They employees are all very nice.
