Would have rated our stay here an easy 5 star, but we were met by a very rude staff member at check in who was unfriendly, and clearly wanted to be anywhere but at work that day. If you are next in line, and see an Amelia will be the one to help you, you might want to let someone else skip in front of you so you can avoid her. Once we got through that unpleasant experience, we found the rest of our stay to be perfect! The room was gorgeous, and everything they tout it to be on their website. We tried some drinks at about 5 different places, and each place was reasonably priced, and the drinks were delicious! There are plenty of food options as well. The casino floor was much bigger than we anticipated. There are plenty of gaming options for all. Usually, some places will put the no-smoking gambling area the farthest away on property, but not here! The room was big, and had a great selection of table games and slot machines to choose from. Overall, our experience here was good, and we're glad we didn't let one sour grape ruin it for us. We highly recommend Quest to future potential guests.

I always have a fun time there! I'm not much into gambling, but have been to the casino quite a few times, and it's always clean and has good service. Lots of different food options and everything is easy to find. Last time I went was my first time seeing a concert there, and it was great! The staff was very friendly, from drink service to security and all the others. Very organized. A lot of outdoor venues have a very long wait for their gross porta-potties, but it seemed better here, and things were pretty clean.

Me and a friend came here to see Incubus. The sound in the man made amphitheater here was phenomenal. The stage is close to the affordable floor seats, the venue is really clean, the staff is nice, finding seating wasn't a hassle, and it was a great overall experience. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the food options. We got the "dirty nachos" and they were pretty bad. I think they are trying to reproduce concert food but this definitely misses the mark. Otherwise, had a great time!

Beautiful casino resort with world class hotel. Went to a charity event in one of the event rooms. Walked around, they are constantly adding new features to the complex, and the (beautifully done) new food court area is almost open. Overall 5 stars, but gave 4 because the food at the event dinner was very average. Definitely upping their resort game to level of the big names in Vegas. Worth a stop when in Spokane.

Went to just spend a night gambling with my wife. They had remodeled since I was last in and made it that much more enjoyable. It was like going into a new casino again. A bunch new machines and just a very upbeat feel. The staff was very helpful and routinely passed by me making sure I had drinks and the building was very clean. Overall a very positive experience and I will gladly come again

We went to the buffet and the prices were grotesquely overpriced for the display of food available. I’m not one to critique it harshly but 40$/adult only because they have crab and steak out in celebration of Father’s Day is outrageous. They should be more considerate and rethink their marketing strategy in addition to moderate it. You can get the same quality for less at Golden Corral. This is not the same pricing as I received from Boston. The food was dry with not much of a selection. Other than this, I feel the place is nice

There's a cigar lounge with minimal choices, great atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend the casino to any person who partakes in gambling because it feels like a self contained mini Vegas. Also I used their restrooms so that's cool that they have those. Two thumbs up. Would puff again.

We visited for an hour after work tonight. We each put $20 into the slot machines at the liquid lounge, my mom won $118. So we ordered another round and went home. I really love this casino. The spa and hotel are dynamite. The food is also great. My only complaint is my eyes are itchy from smoke on the main casino floor. The non smoking areas are well ventilated, but you cannot avoid cigarettes if you cross the casino. .

The best meal I've ever experienced anywhere! The "steak house" ended up being a decadent flavor experience! It's pricey but worth every penny! We were able to enjoy many hours of fun playing the many penny slots and actually left with more money than we came with, even after splurging on the smoked escargot and bison steak for dinner.

Went to a concert there for the first time. The band was great. The venue is not. Staff was rude and suspicious of every patron. The bar tenders were very gracious and generous, however the security and ticket takers were horrible. The bartenders are the only reason I am giving more than one star.

Although, it seems that many people have been kicked out of the casino part of Quest for less then proper reasons, that does not affect us. The staff is amazing the main rooms Have the best showers and the suites have managed to digitally upgrade those and the bathtubs are a nice extra so we like that. Quest is the best hotel room for the price in the Spokane area and it is the only place we stay when we come to the area...rooms are bigger then anywhere And late check outs are an easy enough request... the pool could be 24/7 and adding an outdoor pool is the only thing I can think of right now Quest could improve upon. Thanks for easy check ins and friendly helpful staff...

Always love going out to Northern Quest!! Kind of out by not very much, but the casino has everything you may need. Lot's of slots and card games available. Really nice rooms and suites available. And the buffet is pretty amazing. My favorite part of the buffet is the dessert bar. There are so many delicious little treats you could almost bypass the entire rest of the buffet!!!

I was impressed with the guest service here, among many other things. About a month after I stayed here for a work conference, I realized I left a dress hanging in the hotel room closet. I called, and they had it recorded in lost and found, and immediately shipped it to me in MN, no charge!! I also thought it was convenient that the shuttle will take you to the mall and Walmart. The shuttle drivers were super friendly, and had great senses of humor! All of the employees were very friendly, and not stuffy at all. Check out the hotel's "pillow service", for sure!

Lots of fun stuff to do here. I fell like u have really good odds playing the cards here... They are not rigged. The club is awome a well. They have really good food here as well. The city bus comes here to so u can she gas not having to drive all 5he way out here.
