The place was absolutely beautiful. The decor was amazing. There was glass structures as well as lots of different colored lights. The staff there was super friendly. There were lots of cool things to look at. There was many machines and table games to choose from. They ever have a players club you can join if you like. There were places to eat even though I didn't go to any of them. Everything was just absolutely amazing. I wish I could have afforded to stay in the hotel but unfortunately I had other things going on as well and couldn't stay. All in all it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back again! Hopefully sooner then later! Thank you to everyone who made my experience a great one!

The casino has a lot of nearby stores to visit, so when I took my mom here, it wasn't just a casino trip. The buffet was very good and we felt it was better than other ones we have been to while being similarly priced. We only played slots while we were there. There is plenty of space I'm the aisles to walk through and not be crowded. The decorations are very nice and add some light to what is usually a dark environment. While this is a longer drive than we would take to other casinos, it was worth it and we will return.

We were visiting from Vancouver and decided to stay at this hotel for a night. We were told that it just got renovated a year ago. Reception was really friendly. We stayed at a room with a King size bed, and the room is very spacious. Very clean and tidy, and my favorite part is the shower. it comes with three shower heads and flexible on the settings, definitely a great way to relax after a long day! We stayed one night during August and the price was good in comparison to other options we looked at.

Nicest casino in Washington. Even if you are not a gambler you could walk around this beautiful establishment for hours just looking at the gorgeous interior. Their is beautiful Native artwork throughout the hotel and event center. The main chandelier I the casino is mesmerizing. Several food options, all good. The hotel rooms are beautiful. Each guest receives a cedar rose woven by a Tulalip tribal member. The pool area is a vacation in itself. Gorgeous!

Nicest casino in Western Washington. The interior is stunning. You could walk around for hours looking at the incredible artistic interior. The hotel rooms are stunning. Each guest receives. Beautiful cedar rose woven by Tulalip weavers. The pool area is beautiful. I could spend a day there and feel like I have been to some far away vacation. Huge gaming area, tons of slots and table games. Friendly staff.

Fun place! Very pretty inside, air is kept very well ventilated for non-smokers compared to others. Great buffet and restaurants. Breakfast at Cedars Cafe is big enough to split. Try the wood-fired pizza and bar, it is tasty and a Great deal. You can also split one of the pizzas and be full just right! Friendly staff all around!

I had an amazing time. We spent the night in one of their single King size bedrooms and I felt right at home with the soft beds and big screen TV to end the night. Their gaming machines are top quality. There are probably 20% or less of the machines that are 40 cents or below. So be ready if you usually don't bet high. The resort and casino as whole own a great atmosphere with a welcoming entrance. You will not be disappointed with what they have to offer.

It was our first visit. Had fun gaming, then went to dinner. Ate at Journey East. Delicious variety of Asian cuisine. The casino folks that we met seemed to really enjoy their jobs. An overall pleasant experience.

I absolutely love this casino. The others in the puget sound area can't compare to Tulalip Casino. Beautiful place, fantastic food and the rooms are phenomenal. I go to Tulalip more than any of the other casino's and I drive up from Auburn. Its well worth the hour or more drive. Not only is it beautiful but the service is excellent as well. The Sunday brunch buffet is outstanding. All in all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys playing.

We booked VIP at Canoe Cabaret for our daughters 21st Birthday. Lisa was our host and contact for the booking. She made it completely effortless on our end and with a short email, she nailed down every last detail. She (and our waitress) did a fantastic job of keeping us filled and happy. Tulalip Casino provided THE BEST chocolate/strawberry cake topped with chocolate covered strawberries that belongs in a contest. Meanwhile, Chased away those trying to sit in our group, politely. Gave us all (25 people) a night to remember. As for the venue, our area was large, clean, organized and rope off. The music was great and very entertaining. Very special thanks to our waitress, and host Lisa!!! We will be back and recommend to any and all!

Great staff! Pros of customer service Nice RV lot if you stay. No power or hookups but free for players club. We had new tags which wasn't allowed. Good casino though

While winning at this casino can be difficult at times, I'm hard pressed to say I have had any bad experiences here. They have continued to make the experience great when it comes to gaming choices and bars. The buffet is also very nice after a long time of gambling. The only issue I would say I've had is finding a food choice later in the night that was under 10.00 per person. The very small deli is always busy (being that it is right next to the dance club) and the selection has not changed much in the several years I have enjoyed going to this casino.

Well I just don't feel comfortable there anymore id left my phone at the last machine i was at so 2 hours later I go back call lost n found and they had my phone and said they would send someone out with it when the security got to me as he was looking through my phone told me to follow him and i did out the front doors as he proceeds to tell me there is suspicious activity on my phone and he didn't. Call police nor is he kicking me out so I asked him what he was talking about he just said you know I kept asking him to show me n he would not show me then i asked why he was going through my phone he said because there was suspicious activity and it better not be going on at the casino he let me walk back to the north door to my friend waiting for me but when i came back i didn't feel comfortable there at all it was wrong all the way around i believe he took me outside so nobody could hear what he said to me

Love the Hotel Rooms and the Native Art. Also, very close to the Outlet Mall and great shopping. Parking is not the greatest unless you get Valet parking. The buffet has great food and I prefer the weekdays menu. Again, nice place for a quick getaway.

This is a great place for a Stay Cation. There is plenty to keep you entertained and pampered. There is a great shopping center nearby. Take the time to look around as there are some great places to eat. If you do not like second hand smoke, the casino portion may not be for you. The Hotel portion is smoke free so there are no worries.

I went out to play slots for a while. I ended up losing my keys and house keys were on thing key ring also. Just ended up a bad night all together. I am happy to say Hillary from security really listened to me and she was very helpful in assisting me to get things taken care of. I'd like to thank Guy for helping me as well. It means so much to me all of you guys. I've been coming here for over 8 years and I will continue to. Keep up the great work.

I was treated like a incompetent child then when I complained it maid the situation worse and they swept it under the rug like it was no big deal here is what happened first I had to ask at least 4 employees what time the shuttle leaves. I showed up at least 8 minutes early as the the driver is leaving. I tried to flag him down but he kept going so a hour later he shows back up and I bring it to his attention he proceeds to argue with me for 5 minutes and tells me I don't know what I'm talking about and I don't know how to tell time and makes me feel like an incompetent child so I go inside and ask to speak to a manager and the employee makes me wait for the manager for at least 10-15 minutes just to tell me go down to the front desk and ask for this person so I do that and as they go to look for this person I miss the next shuttle just to be told they're not in nothing they can do - Since this nightmare I have been in communication with a representative and explained what happened I have not heard back since and I dought they will make any effort to make the situation right. Once again I believe it will be swept under the rug like its no big deal

VERY disappointed with the customer service at Tualip Resort Casino!! I booked online and printed out the confirmation details to take with us. We arrived & I dropped my husband off with the documentation and our bag and I continued on to do some shopping. They would not let my husband check in...said it was their policy. He asked to speak to the manager and she was very unfriendly and also cited their policy. She told him he could phone from a pay phone "over there" and get me to come back...not even a verbal telephone confirmation would do. It was Dave's phone number listed on the confirmation so that was not an option. The story gets worse. No one offered to keep our bag and he had to wait 3.5 hours for me to return from Lynnwood. He sat in the lounge and was informed he could not "loiter" there. I was understandably upset when I returned to find how he was treated!! I also asked for the manager and this time a man appeared from the back and he was extremely condescending, so much so that I knew the clerk had told him why I asked to speak to him and it was obvious he was not even listening to what I was asking. I asked why it was that they could not have checked his profile, as we both have one there. I advised we have the same name, the same address and telephone listed on the profiles, more importantly he had the printed confirmation. Like a broken record, he cited policy. OK, all that aside they made absolutely NO effort to make us feel better about the entire incident. They could have done so much to improve this incident...offered to make the phone call, offer him a coffee, offer us some small token as a peace offering...ANYTHING was better than the service we were given. Not a pleasant way to start our New Year celebration.

I played blackjack and dealers were super sloppy. One time the dealer gave a card to a person on my left when I had hit. One time another dealer started talking to someone behind the table while the game was on. One time, a dealer counted my 21 with an A as 12. Some of us found out and told her that she counted wrong. All the dealers were slipping card off their hands. Some were rude too. All in all, this casino has bunch of either rookies or unprofessional and no fun people working for it. The Total vibe of the casino is bad. They don't ID people entering the casino. You will find a lot of addicts inside. I have heard of thefts too. This place is no fun, terribly terrible in fact
