Did very well on the wheel of Fortune slot machine , also got a $10 voucher for being a first-time player their nice gift i didn't expect. Place was clean and we'll taken care of, didn't get that part of no waitresses serving you drinks as you're playing I guess I'm used to other places where you get comped drinks as you play... After a few hours of playing got hungry went to the buffet to get a bite to eat , got there at 7: 45 and waited for a hostess, took her five minutes to get there and told us we were too late to eat here. I believe if you're open till 8 that should be the cut-off time to come in and eat. Ended up leaving casino to get something to eat, the other choice there was not what I wanted, hamburgers chicken wings and fries Etc. I'd come back again to gamble on my way through next time.

Didn't like that buffet closed at 8 pm , got their at 7:45 and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to tell us that we were to late to get anything to eat here sorry. I just feel if the restaurant closes at 8 they still should let people in until 8!

********Tightest Casino Ever ********** I know what casino is not tight but this casino is extremely tight. I don't ever expect to win when I go to a casino, but I would like to enjoy my playing time. The slot machines do give bonuses but don't expect to win more that $12 -$15 on any bonus you do get. I played table games (3 card) and started to win some of my money back, but guess what as soon as that happened they pull the dealer and put a new one in. Also I was looking to play some of the newer slots and they do not offer very many of those. The new hotel was nice thankfully since your money is gone in no time and you have to resort back to your room. We do about 3 get away a year to a casino and trying this casino out I was hoping for it to be one of our destinations but I will not be back!!!!!!!

The hotel is very clean, the rooms have nice decor, the beds are very comfortable!! The staff was absolutely wonderful also!! The pool and fitness rooms were very clean, the pool was wonderful!! The casino was very nice and clean, the staff was very courteous also. The cafe and the buffet have Great food, Definitely have to try it!! I would highly recommend going to Ho-Chunk Casino and Hotel!!

I give check in service 4 stars. The new rooms a 5+ . Very comfortable beds, amenities, and very large bathroom. Played bingo, then slots. Pretty tight machines! Rare bonus, and no payouts to speak of. Nice large casino now, classy, but don't count on hitting much on machines like you used to be able to. Gal in bingo hall extremely helpful. Was able to use points and paid $2 to play, instead of $33!. She explained everything. Thanks to her!!
