We stayed at the Turtle Lake Casino Hotel on June 29th. It was a very hot day and our AC was having a hard time keeping the room cool. We asked for a new room and Mark at the front desk was WONDERFUL! He got us into a new room with a better AC on a Friday night which is normally a very busy time for them. Loved the hotel and all its staff and amenities. Highly Recommended!

Had a good time, the 3D slots are very cool, had a lot of bonus rounds and free spins also. Although this casino is much smaller than the casinos I'm used to paying in back home (ie: Mystic Lake, etc) they definitely were up to date with the latest more popular games. Unfortunately we didn't leave winners this time, but really enjoyed the time spent there anyways. I guess all that can be said is watch out next time we are in the area Turtle!!! We will be back sooner or later, and we'll be seeking our revenge for sure!!!!

Come all the time. The buffet could really use a new chef. Not many options considering it's a casino and all. And on top of it dishes are not prepared well. Cuts the selection down even more. But love the staff always. My family and I go at least once a month. Oh and brunch or breakfast is the much better time to go in my opinion very tasty. But hey it's bacon bacon Bacon

I love to come here once a year with my father in law. It's a fun trip and I even won a little last time. They were so kind when I lost an item. I was contacted and it was returned. I just wish there was an area to escape the smoking, it's not unbearable, but I have asthma which makes it uncomfortable for me at times. It's still a ton of fun.

Ah, it's a casino. Decent decor. Food quality has went down a bit over the years. Sit down restaurant had recently downsized its menu. I guess they are keeping what does the best for them. Removed eggs benedict and Ruben sandwich from menu. I believe those were 2 of the tastier items. Buffet is volatile, I image partly because it I'd hard to maintain heat and quality. Frequently food is too cool.

Won't hire me but the place looked great. And I am sure I could have been entertained with service. Great company and awesome staff hotel included.

I like coming for dinner on Sundays but they changed the dinner formats. Other times the buffet is good. great BJ games, casino can use a face lift inside but. still a fun place

The Buffet is tiny but the food is cooked well and the staff is very attentive. It is priced just right and kids under 5 are free. The only thing I wish was that it was closer to the entrance as you do have to walk through a very smoky casino to get there but otherwise I would definately eat there again.

BEST BUFFET AROUND! I LOVE THE BUFFET, THE BAR (*GREAT BLOODY MARY'S!!!*), AND THE SHRIMP COCKTAILS ARE A BARGAIN! THE HOTEL IS LOOKING IMMACULATE SINCE IT HAS BEEN NEWLY RENOVATED, AND THEY HAVE SOME PRETTY DANG GOOD MACHINES. MY FAVORITE CASINO IN WISCONSIN!

Lots of slot machines to play. New member rewards is easy to accumulate. Shuttle service between hotel and casino was super convenient. Variety of tables to choose from. Friendly staff. Multiple dining options and the food was pretty good.

Negative 1 star. Was told I had to leave after a concert because I was swaying? Absolutely ridiculous! Swaying to music? Bartenders let me and my friend bring in 10 beers at a time for out party of 16. Do they think I drank them all? It doesn't matter..we Will NEVER be back..

I visited the casino to do some gambling. It has been over a year since I've been here, and I really enjoyed my visit. The casino is spacious and has a great variety of both the newest slots and old favorites. And you can't beat their prime rib sandwiches-delicious and affordable!
