Love this place! Awesome food. I worked here as a young adult and has been a patron for the last 30 years. Chi-Chi's is amazing. Try the cheese ravioli with cream sauce and the pizza can't be beat.

It was one of the best pizza places I have ever been. The salad was amazing and the service was also one of the best. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the size of the pizza was great for my family or 4. Fun and friendly staff were a big help in deciding what to order. The wings were ok but not great but other than that it was a great experience. We are not from that area but if we ever go back its a sure bet that we'll stop in again.

Pasta was great the meat sauce was fabulous. Great place for Lunch service was good. Did not give 5 stars only cause the pizza was not like the east coast but it was good just not to my personal liking

Food was AMAZING!!! Service was great, I wish I remembered our server's name. He was the African guy!!! He never missed a beat. And he had tons of regulars that day and they were all excited to see him. He was great all together. I definitely plan on going back to this place.

A historical venue for anyone who grew up in Santa Clarita or the Valley. There is no need for a menu here, come for the dinner salad with cheese made by the Gods (just get the house italian vinger/oil), and stay for the house made Pasta/Marinara blessed by the Pope! (I made up the deity references...but it really does feel like the truth!) pizza is bomb too.

Never find a better pizza than chi chi's. Celebrate my birthday there every year. Fast friendly service. Waiters and waitresses remember you and it makes you feel special.

I have always loved the food and service at Chi Chi's, and today I witnessed another example of the level of customer service. A rude, confrontational customer was berating the server, dismissing her knowledge of the menu and blaming her for not changing it please their taste. It was all I could do to keep from jumping in and calling this idiot on her behavior. But the server needed no assistance. Her patience and attentive attitude made the difference between an ugly sjtuation and a peaceful one. Kudos to their training on meeting customers' needs.
