Search do not a big fan of this place. I went out there and I couldn't get one bonus round and played slots for hours. It was like a never ending trek of disappointment. Again I am reviewing this after just one visit and usually you have to give a casino a few visits before reviewing them but being that I probly might not ever go back the opportunity won't be there for me.

Just stopped by, but I enjoyed the free coffee and the service/help was easy to get/not the most friendly/but knowledgeable and efficient in answering my questions/directing me. Lots of creepy guys staring at me as I walked through though... (FYI, ladies).. Other than that it was good.

WoW!!! This place is amazing!!!! The all-you-can eat buffet is $26.99 per person but oh! my!! Goodness!!! The food?!?!? Over-the-top! Out of this world FRESH!!! Super clean casino and very, very friendly, helpful employees! Highly Recommend!

There's construction going on right now but they're doing a great job at redirecting all the guests. This has always been one of my favorite casinos to come to and their buffet is really good. Probably the most reasonably priced as well.

Out of the San Diego area Casinos, that I can play at (I work at one so it does not make the list), Sycuan is my favorite. Here is why: 1. It's close (About a 30 minute drive) 2. The staff are friendly and the dealers are smart and professional. 3. The club seems to reward me more than the other ones that I am a part of and is easy to understand and easy to access (the app is pretty good) 4. They have pretty good odds on their games. There is more, but those I listed are what I feel are the most important.

Casino is clean and inviting. Staff are attentive and polite. Slots are loose. Cigarette shop sells cartons $30.00 cheaper than the local retailers. Great place to play!

Should have given it a 5 star instead of a 3. Very nice place to go for a day of entertainment. And the machines were mostly paying very good. Good food also. I would recommend it a go to place.

Outstanding Casino. Love the large smoke free section! Also has a smoke shop still outside for the who do appreciate a smoke now and then;) Now... the best part of all. Will have a beautiful Las Vegas caliber Hotel & Resort. Will include what looks like several spacious suites. By the looks of it all of the new resort will be awesome! In the construction phase fun way to see it.

It's small non-smoking section and those tables close early. Good customer service and food. Excited about the hotel and pool opening next year

Casino is nice and clean with good variety of games but i usually go for the buffet. Definitely the best bang for your buck and worth your money and more. Food is delicious and always fresh and the staff is incredibly nice and professional. As a bonus, if your a military vet, show your DD214 when you apply for a players card to get a Freedom card to receive an additional discount at the buffet! Definitely the best casino and buffet in mid/lower San Diego. Don't go to Barona, their buffet is a rip off.

In town on vacation and had to visit for the first time. Nice place. Had fun when we first got there but the last hour before we left we lost our money. Weird how the machines tightened up. Lol. They have a craps table that didn't get hot at all and I usually do. But very upscale place with a great non smoking section. Looks like they are adding a hotel. 18 to gamble here. Thanks for the experience anyways.

This is by far the best casino in SD. The staff is very attentive and always smiling. There is a non-smoking section which cool. This place bounces out winners by the dozens all of the time and they have a variety of slot machines. Some of us like the older machines. There are several waiters that walk the casino floor offering free beverages and them as the rest of the staff are always smiling. Currently, there is no hotel but it is under construction and scheduled to open in 2019. This casino is a five star all the way around. Don't miss a trip!!!!!

It can be a very expensive from of entertainment, depending on your ability to gamble responsibly or not. It's a lot of fun while you are winning, but not so fun when you loose all your money and have no way to survive for weeks without becoming involved in criminal activities with shady gambling addicts. And you will loose more than you win, if not right away, eventually. For sure. So, have fun and cash out / quit while you are ahead and never go back. Otherwise, the house always wins. And remember that having VIP status at Sycuan is really just being rewarded a higher status for being a big enough loser! The more you loose the better they treat you! Go losers!

Had a pretty good time here. They have plenty of table games and slots. We played video poker in the bar area. You can get alcohol in the sports bar area. There are several non smoking areas. All non alcoholic are complimentary. There was abundance of staff walking the floor if you need assistance. I did not have anything to eat, so I cannot comment on that. Parking was plentiful as was Handicap spots. There is security patrolling the parking areas to keep your cars safe.

I love this place. It's home away from home... environment is amazing The first place I've ever really won... loose Slots and just amazing... if you have yet to visit I definitely recommend it... Club Sycuan all the way 😎😎😎

Enjoy the black jack. I drove there from Mission Valley in the day, took like 30 mins and the view was pretty Amazing. It's pretty big, the parking is free and the garage is big (5 stories) high. The staff is very welcoming and the food is great, it's actually the only casino I visited while i was in San Diego. If you are new to the area, just be careful while driving up the hills.

It's a casino... and it's not Vegas. So don't set high expectations. I just went there for the free buffet. I was starving because I haven't eaten all day so everything may have tasted better to me. They had crab and BBQ. I ate everything. The casino seems to be aging and the ventilation seems to be bad. Smoke filled the air and lingered. Other casinos like Pechanga, it seems like the air is circulated better.

I like the big BINGO Hall HOWEVER there are too many delays during games especially from a male caller at Matinee III and evening sessions and they are NOT to verify BINGO's. Second, I was there Saturday November 28th 2015 in the smoking section and one of the BINGO employees just got off work and played the 2PM session, I had to listen to HER FOUL MOUTH, F Bombs and Sh_t, talking on her cell phone and bad mouthing the BINGO caller's during the entire session! Bad enough that a young black girl has to talk like this, even worse she does it in public but the really bad thing is that any BINGO patron has to sit there and listen to this CRAP from a Sycuan employee!!! Verifying BINGO's is also a time consuming process because rather than giving their employees microphones (like Viejas) they have to walk to a wall mounted unit to read them out, I know they can afford microphones!! They also need to have more help that is willing to pay attention to patrons at least in the smoking section, at the last evening session I was at a lady had a BINGO on the very last game and there wasn't one employee available and paying attention so several of us had to get up and yell BINGO so she was recognized. Very poor customer service in the smoking section! So to wrap it up, Low Classed BINGO Hall!

It was so much a joke I couldn't even get over to take me over there I had $5,000 in my pocket to go over and spend on down from Northern California Reno area and these poor pieces of simpletons couldn't even bother to help accommodate me. I hope that you realize that when you go over there you're going to be sucked dry and lose big because of that attitude to begin with you know they don't give a care and if any of you executives call me or text me it's too late because I'm embarrassed for you

Love going to Game Day!! The waitress are so VERY nice and genuine. The food is always good too. If your looking for good service and good food, GAME DAY is your place!!
