Nice place. We stayed overnight before heading out to Lassen. It's kinda out of the way from grocery stores and other attractions in Redding, but, that was ok with us. Nice quiet rooms and friendly staff. We got a room right next to the elevator and I was worried about the noise keeping me up (especially since there's a Casino attached to the hotel and people usually go up and down all hours of the night), but, not a problem. It was really quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this casino! Very clean and an amazing staff. Your security staff were amazing when we needed their help. Helped us with our issue in a professional and caring manner. High fives and a huge thank you! We will be back. Oh, and great buffet and lunch menu.

Comfortable room & bed with single jacuzzi tub. Nice sized TV but no premium movie channels. On demand movies cost $20! Bring your Amazon fire stick! Nice pool area with jacuzzi & waterfall. Everything is in working & excellent condition. I haven't tried the spa yet. The night club and casino were fun! Much nicer accommodations than most other places I've stayed in Redding.

I love the fact that they all know who I am. I always have enjoyed going to karaoke on Thursday nights for many years. Encore Entertainment has been the best. I would go dress up in fun crazy and interesting costumes every week. It was a blast. Last month they changed it to Tuesday nights following the Fun Trivia challenge also hosted by Davis ENCORE of Encore Entertainment. This was a big change of nights of the week . Don't feel it was given a fair shot as now they cancelled trivia and karaoke both. We my fellow karaoke singer and friends are all very unhappy and sad. It just won't be the same And David Encore will be missed. Still love Win River and they will always know who I am the lady that loves to dress in costume. And probably still will as because of being able to do this at Win River it has encouraged me to started a new business ,Cindy Grams ...I do singing telegram and deliver balloons in costume. I attended a pancake breakfast to benefit Relay for Life. The pancakes were very good. Much better than you usually get at a fundraiser like this. I also walked inside the casino and found it very nice. Not smokey like others I have visited, which I appreciate. Also a large variety of slot games. I hope to return to try a few of them.

My boyfriend and I went to Elements Restaurant for date night hearing wonderful things about the steakhouse and well let's just start with drinks I ordered a Mai Tai and it had a dirty napkin at the bottom of the glass they offered us free dessert but I was disgusted then they forgot her appetizer and brought out our steak, it looked like it had been frozen for 3 months and probably 8 to 9 oz of the steak was fat and gristle not to mention it had zero flavor completely inedible.. Our date night was ruined. We left only paying for drinks (which we shouldn't have), and hungry...We will never eat at that restaurant again and we will never suggest anyone else does either!!!!

Matt and I are always welcomed by the staff by our first name , which is awesome because Matt is 42 has autism and is non verbal. The food is great. We just need to Win a bit more 👍👍

Haven't been here in 25 years. How it's changed. Nice and friendly place. There wasn't 2 or more of the same machines next to each other. Had a good time.

Absolute great experience. These folks actually let you win some slot plays. The hotel room they offered us was small but high end finishes with all the amenities.

Good service. Everyone there seemed really nice and helpful. I didnt get a room but i checked out some of the slot machines.

Super fun place to gamble and have a fun time! The food and bar situation is top notch, the slots are fun and it's so clean! The staff is super helpful too!

Win River is a nice small town casino and entertainment destination. I do not gamble, but they have a lot of machines and tables for those that do. They allow cigarettes to be smoked in the majority of the casino with a small gaming section that is smoke free. I usually come here for big events like their MMA fight nights. Their event center draws all kinds of big names and different kinds of entertainment for the community. Drinks are priced fairly, and the food is decent. Nothing screams over the top amazing like in Vegas or Reno, but it does a small town justice. Overall I'm glad to have Win River in Redding.

Fun place to be.. Very comfortable beds with nice clean rooms. Very helpful friendly front desk staff at hotel. Housekeepers are super nice and they do a great job. Security is security.... They are there to make sure it is a safe place and can give off a hard vibe but are always really respectful and nice. Down falls are they got rid of the free drink station and it could be hours till you even see a drink host come by. Great players club promotions and big nice prizes. Food is good. Garlic fries a must.

I wanna start by saying that I am originally from the Redding area. But moved a couple years ago and had to return. We made or reservations online and went to pick up our key so we had it when we returned to the room that night. When I walked into the room the bed was totally stripped of all bedding and tossed around the room. It looked like housekeeping had forgotten our room. But that wasn’t the case. They had replaced all the beds on our floor that day. They were so nice and quickly gave us a room that was ready for us to go right to sleep. I knew win river had great customer service. This just sealed it for me. I know where I’m staying from now on.

We went for dinner, the sever and Hostess were Great, the meal was somewhat disappointing. My husband had the special which was steak and lobster... The steak was smaller than my hamburger and the baked potato was cold as were the green beans... My husband is Native and a Vietnam Veteran, he doesn't complain, it's not His way. I just wanted you to know the meal could of been better.

Was working there with a local band. It seems that many employees are annoyed, unhappy with their jobs and it is shown in how they serve the public.

This casino has NOTHING over the Rolling Hills on all levels. The R.V. park is crammed and has the smallest "pet" area I have ever seen. The casino staff allowed me to play on a slot machine that was malfunctioning and apparently "had been all day". The light outside my window stayed on until 6:30am. The non stop security staff at night was no where to be found the next morning when I was trapped outside by 2 stray pitbulls. Oh yeah, and they don't sell wine in the gift shop because" it would be in competition with the bar". I left my name and phone number to be passed on to a manager but I do expect to be contacted.

We stayed at Win River casino for the 3 time this past June and we really love it there. We want to take this opportunity to share the professional ,helpful warm reception we received from one employee in particular named AMANDA E. CHISON. Hotel Supervisor. She is an extraordinary employee and a warm person who makes your experience a positive one. As employers, we know that a good employee who represents herself or himself in a very good manner not benefits a company's image but also increases sales and keep customers coming back.Amanda thank you going the extra mile to make our experience great.

Excellent patio that was created to respect their players who smoke due to an oversight while crunching the # ratio of non smokers money spent and loss due to smokers. And the loyal smokers. However,WE RULE! NA NA NA. Boo Boo smoke rule. But non smokers feel free to breath outside in our New heated patio!!! Whoo hoo now we smokers can stay and play. The staff are like family and the comps are generous. As far as the philosophy they tighten their machines. They are bound by laws however there is a system where they have to make sure the machines are at the legal payout ratio. SOME GOOD ADVICE if u are sniffling that the machines don't pay . Go home put your rent Check back in the mail. And play free online. They have overhead too. Kudoes Win River from S.C. faithful guest since almost the beginning from Chico Ca.

They have the casino rigged. It is a huge rip off. No pay outs at all. Too bad it used to be a good place to go to have fun. The casino got greedy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
