I always love going to Steak n' Shake! The person who attended us was nice and reccomended his favorite shake after my husband asked which one was good for him to try (since it was his first time at a Steak n' Shake). We both greatly enjoyed the meal. Never stop making tasty burgers and shakes!!

They corrected it ( a cook burned my burger to a crisp, he was very inattentive and walked of doing other things). Overall the staff is great and I'm pretty sure the cook is just new. When cooked right, the burgers and fries are great here! My waiter was very professional and nice! Great service.

This location used the excuse that they weren't a "francise" store to not honor my birthday coupon in my phone. I am a traveling military student so I wasn't near home or my usual Steak-N-Shake. They wouuld not honor the rewards program either. I will not be going back there ever again. The treatment was harsh and unfriendly.

I absolutely love this place the food was phenomenal Chad the waiter was great I have no complaints about this place I would highly recommend this place to anybody

1st trip had the Western BBQ and Bacon absolute worst burger Ive ever eaten. Gave it another try had the Royal Burger it was excellent. Service was mediocre 2nd trip.
