We stayed for 3 nights, and it was the best experience EVER! All employees, and I mean ALL went above and beyond to insure we had a good time! I would recommend this casino to anyone. The room was large - including the bathroom! It was very comfortable and we loved the automatic shades! Thanks to everyone for a good time !

People were great, hotel and room was excellent. Staff was so nice. Food was perfect at the buffet and at under the oak tree cafe the food was superb and the portions were ginormous. Prices were good. Make sure you bring a long sleeve shirt. Really cool in casino. All in all a great experience.

This is a very upscale casino in the area. The game floor is very large, with lots of table games, and slots. Slot payouts are the low end (even though it’s advertised as the highest paying). Table games are great and the dealers are friendly. The buffet is worth checking out, as the food is great and fresh. There’s a huge variety and the wait staff are very nice. I didn’t stay in the rooms but the bathrooms were very modern and very clean. It’s close to the beach which is worth checking out if you’re in the area. It’s very quiet and right off interstate 110. It’s worth checking out.

The Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort is in an easy to get to location. Very well maintained and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are top notch and equipped with everything you need. Also a safe and secure environment anywhere on grounds. Did not try any restaurants in casino due to cigarette smoke smell that fills casino area. Would have received all 5 stars if the non-smoking room didn't also smell of smoke. We may not come again but will recommend to other friends that like the casino environment.

WEEKEND BRUNCH BUFFET IS PHENOMENAL!! We have been twice, Mother's day and last Saturday. Both times Awesome, closest thing to finding something we didn't like was sugar free chocolate cake. The salad bar is fresh, the Bacon isn't burned, the brisket is wonderful, the smoked sausage is actually smoked tasting. And the desserts, one could injury themselves on dessert alone! The Mimosas are good too. Hands down best brunch I have had along the coast, more than well worth twenty bucks!

Very nice, ultra clean, friendly staff...Must visit and you will be pleased... We loved it and going again. Actually we will stay there. It opened year & half ago. Place, floor, machines very clean, staff takes care of people. Nice restaurants inside, slits are giving more frequently. We live to visit again.

My self and my son, my daughter n law and my 1st grandson went to eat the buffet and the food was delicious and the service was awesome. Our server kept coming to our table to check to see if there was anything we needed. She was so sweet and kind. Great dining place great environment.

Had a very good Mother's day lunch. They had a fantastic lunch menu. The server was very good she got us what we need and asked for. It was very very good place to eat and have fun. It is a very clean casino.

We had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival we were told our room was upgraded which was a great surprise. My only disappointment was on a promo Sunday. I won a 50.00 slot play and was told I had to use it by the end of the month which was the next day. On Monday when I went to use it I was told the peel and reveal had to be use that Sunday. So needless to say I was upset that the promo counter did not provide the proper info. But overall the staff is great and the facility always clean.

I'm back! The Pearl has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered anywhere! They are so helpful and attentive! I love the Scarlet Pearl for the outstanding staff, great slots, delicious food, beautiful rooms with breathtaking views! It's easy to access and there is plenty of parking. Only wish I could visit more often.

I went to the casino because we had a comp meal and some slot free play. The buffet was great, our waitress was very nice and helpful. The casino floor is huge, it had multiple table areas, and several slots that I had never seen before. Overall a great newer casino. Would give 5 stars but I haven't stayed at the hotel portion yet.

Favorite casino on the gulf coast, from the moment you walk through the door your greater by the pleasant smell of the casino along with nice draft from the air. I like the fact that it has escalators right at entry way making it easily accessible when I bring my grandma with me. The gift shop, oak restaurant and the slots are all within a 50ft walking distance from the elevator which is perfect for her! I can tell the security guards who always greet me at the entrance enjoy their job. Not a huge turnover in employees because I see the same staff every time I come, scarlet pearl must be doing something right!

I had the absolute best experience I've ever had in a casino at the Scarlet Pearl. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very nice and very clean. They were very accommodating and exceeded every expectation from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle at the valet, into the casino, Hotel check-in and reservations and Bar and Restaurant staff as well. They just gave you this feeling like they were happy to have your business and glad that you were there. So if you want to visit the best casino on the Gulf Coast then visit the Scarlet Pearl!

Love love loved our stay??! Beautiful high tech rooms. The hotel smells like they have someone walks around spraying a wonderful light perfume. The beds were super comfortable shower was awesome! Great hotel ??????????

Went to the grille for Valentine's Day, the wait staff wAs great and i have NEVER eaten a steak without steak sauce.... I ate that steak without asking for steak sauce! The cooks need a raise! Great job guys!

We used Valet because parking is almost non-existent. We were at Valet to pick up our car at 7:45, other people came and went, at 8:10 I walked back in and asked if there was a problem. The guy looks at the board and says, we don't have anything on the board so it should be here soon. 14 cars were brought threw, people left within 5 minutes of arriving at Valet. 8:20 I go back inside and asked if they lost my keys or lost my truck. When I got back outside a Valet guy comes out and goes after my truck finally at 8:25 they bring my truck. I immediately called the Casino. I was a mile from home when I finally got a person on the phone, of course there were no managers in that I could speak to, they will call you back was the message I got from Brittany. Thus far it I have not received a call. Very unsatisfied with the service from a company that is in the hospitality industry!

I reviewed this casino on another site just days after it opened and I had hoped that when I took the time to rate it again, things might have changed. Unfortunately, it's gotten worse. We have yet to enjoy our "eat for free" buffet after trying 5 times. First time, we were too late - the listing on the internet was in error having listed the closing time one hour later than the actual closing time. Second time - computer was not recognizing our account and we got tired of waiting for it to correct itself. Third time, we made the points late at night and returned the next day for lunch after being assured by plaryer services that we would be comped lunch - denied due to "failure to verify play by midnight on the kiosk. They list a certain amount discount on cash purchases based on your tier level. Three times I made cash purchases and all three time the cashier looked at me like I had three heads when I mentioned the discount. One cashier called her manager and I was told "we don't do that any more". There was a sign actually on the cash register saying discount only on cash purchases as opposed to comps. Their publications list a casino host as part of the comps at my level. After three phone calls, and almost two months, I am yet to hear from a host. We finally used our points to "buy" a buffet. What a waste of time. I think we were in there all of 10 minutes. Felt like we were in a high school lunch room. Overall, still doing very poorly. I have not been back in several weeks and unless something changes, I won't.

They need better management by far! And employees that are all on the same page. Everyone had a completely different answer to the exact same question. The players services is a complete joke. Not even the managers in the players services have authority to do anything to accommodate the guest. They have to go though emails with people not even working in the casino. And better yet, the people they have to email, is on vacation for a week! Asked to use a phone at hotel check in, the 2 employees there said they weren't allowed to do so that I had to take an elevator to the 3rd floor hotel and use the one in the hall indent of the hotel gym. Not A SINGLE PERSON, IN 4 HOURS came around to see if I wanted anything to drink. I had to find an employee, 4 hours in to my visit there and asked if they had self service fountain machines for guests as all the other casinos on the Gulf Coast does, and was told I had to walk all the way in the back to the bar, just for a diet coke. I understand it's a new establishment, and like most, will have its kinks to work out, but this was the second visit, a month after I visited Grand Opening night, and it was far worse. Won't be visiting again. And if I do, it won't be for a very long time,
