From all the Casinos I went to this was the only one I felt that had a good mix of machines (old and new). Blackhawk isn't the same as it was but this place was pretty much the same and it was nice for my grandma to be familar here. We have always loved eating at Lucille Malone's and this time was no exception! Great prices and food.

Good place to play. Payback seems to be good enough to keep you playing. Bartenders are hot and miss. If you see the guy that looks like ichabod crane stay away from him he wont serve you if you walk up to the bar. All the other bartenders are rocking! Gilpin should get rid of that a hole cause I almost walked to another casino because of him. Money walking out the door.

Has $5 Blackjack, but the cute girls take all od your money at the tables. Look for the dudes with beards or the Asian women. Its seems to hit when you play with them.

Went Mothers Day had a great time. If people would play 1 machine would leave more for others on a busy day

Everyone is so friendly and nice. They have the minimum bets for 3 dollars in black jack during week. I love the gilpin casino!

Horrible patrons. Staff stands around doing nothing. If you want to enjoy your time -Go next door -gilpin is not worth losing your money -super tight machines. No waiters/ waitress

Tuesday night dinner for those 50 and older 1/2 off is great. The Fillet Mignon is melt in your mouth good. Total cost about $20 including the tip you leave. Love all thier food. Great assortment of machines and table games. Very friendly staff.

Was having a great time. Went to the restaurant and the service was amazing! Played blackjack during the day and then this pit boss male out of nowhere was super rude after the table was winning. Don’t say something is fine one minute and just because your having a bad day or the casinos losing money take it out on someone that was going to stay longer.......I went down the hill to the Isle and spent my money and had a much better time. I may not be a “high roller” but I definitely don’t deserve to be treated that way!
