My gelato was tasteless and my mom's cupcake was very dry. The staff clearly could not handle the short line if customers. Took forever to just put a cupcake in a container.

so good, surprisingly great prices for a high end hotel. I got a chocolate covered strawberry 3/4 the size of my palm and I was only $2.95. and it was fresh and delicious. My boyfriend and I both got a coffee with a shot of vanilla in it and it was better than any Starbucks I've ever had (which is the next store over) They have the most beautifully decorated gelato and so many options of macaroons and treats, and if you're not in the mood for sweets there's hot sandwiches right next door. 5 stars

They have some really great quick to-go items. The broccoli/cheese quiche is my favorite.
