DO NOT STAY HERE! They are absolute LIARS. First time I stayed here about a year ago I paid for a premier room and get to the room and it was wrong... After having to show multiple forms of proof and about an hour of arguing they finally switched me to the right room. This time I drive 6 hours with a confirmed booking that I have had for about 3 weeks and get to the front desk and they tell me they cancelled my room.. I was not informed or anything prior to my stay. They actually laughed in my face when I asked what they could do to accommodate me and fix it. I repeat they lie and will not help you in any way. DO NOT STAY HERE. They lost many customers. --- UPDATE** After this experience I was contacted by the manager with a stay in an upgraded room and meal credit on a weekend of my choice. The upper management was very helpful and friendly. Call ahead of time to make sure your room is still reserved.

I went for a work function for three days. I was given a room with two beds; one of which smelled of perfume and had lipstick on the bedding. The bathroom had a brown/red smudge on the light switch. At about midnight on one of the nights, two drunk women were able to access my room using a key. I called front desk to let them know they had issued keys to my room. The front desk associate replied that it was not her fault and someone else must have done it. I was told to use the deadbolt so this would not happen again. This is a security concern for two reasons: 1) My work equipment was in the room. Had I not been there, this could have been stolen. 2) Imagine if two drunk men had walked in on a naked woman as she was sleeping -- then the hotel employee simply said "well that doesn't sound good but it's at least not my fault." I tried to contact the management to let them know if these issues but have not received a reply. If you have the option of staying here, don't. You would be safer living out of a car for three days.

The room here was pretty nice. We went just to see and experience AC and the boardwalk for the weekend. The casino here isn't bad but they do not have a poker room which was kind of a bummer. Plenty of good bars and restaurants here tho. I would definitely stay here again tho

I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. Very spacious with 2 large closets. Bathroom is a little small, but was very nice looking. The whole room was very clean. The only thing I will point out is that all the electrical outlets were along the baseboards at floor level. Had to get down on my hands and knees to plug my phone charger. The staff were great in helping me with any of my questions.

Alright, let’s do this: I was staying at Resorts for a week while in town on business. Room was clean, and was one of the more comfortable beds I have slept in in a long time. Bathroom was shockingly large, with great hot water pressure in the shower. I was not a fan of the food options in the casino itself, and I would have offered a lower star rating based on this except: The staff were fantastic through and through: check in, changes to my reservation (extending my stay) and the directions and suggestions I asked various employees were spot on. All in all, a great experience!

Great old school Atlantic City Casino Hotel. The decor is very retro. The casino and hotel is very clean and easy to navigate. The rooms are a little but dated, but this is still a great hotel. The staff was great and very helpful.

USA was the first country to ban smoking in hotels and public places. I think that Resort hotel does not consider it location to be USA. It's smoked through and through, there is not a spot that does not stink of cigarette smoke. Perhaps the D floor (dining) is the only place in the entire hotel where people can actually breath! We were in the ocean tower for the dance convention, our room was also in the ocean tower and I specifically asked for our room to be as far away from the smoking rooms, did not work, we constantly smelled smoke. I have allergies and my throat started to close, I had to miss all the evening fun and retire to my room early. I asked for a magnifying mirror to put on my make up and housekeeping told me that they don't have any, when they actually do. I asked for some extra blankets cause it was cold at night, had to wait for over an hour. So to sum it up, it's a 3 start motel, with unskilled and unqualified employees. However I have to say that room was pretty clean, even carpet was not too bad.

This was my first time at Resorts Casino. I really had a great time!! The best part was as our trip was ending (so was my cash lol) I stumbled on the Resorts Casino online room where you register with the website and spin the wheel. Well I won $20 to sit and play online. Ended up cashing out with$50. Couldn't beat that!!! I'm not that much of a gambler so the food court there and the boardwalk were my best friend. Can't wait to go back!!!

I live in New York so this was a long bus ride for me but it was well worth it once I got inside. The casino was clean. The drinks kept coming to me. The atmosphere was wonderful. I had a great time here. I went here on a trip with my co-workers and we all had a great time we didn't all win big bucks but we come here annually. We love this place we are treated well here

They have done a good job with resorts. Its a nice place to go to. The food is diverse, the gaming is good, etc. I don't like the smoke in the gaming areas. The rooms are some good some not so good. Overall, they do well. I think they will have to step it up with the hard Rock now competing against them it's been a honeymoon for them where theyve been able to call there own shot
