Traveled to the casino dozens of times but this year we spent 2 nights in the hotel. 5 star all the way ! Beautiful rooms, fantastic shower, lots of thread count, and the best part was the housecoats ! We loved our first night so much we stayed a second one. It certainly isn't the cheapest place to stay but value for dollar is abundant. Nothing better than being able to stumble up to your room after you are finished at the casino. See you next summer !

I like the Rivers Edge Buffet, definitely a good value. Not best quality food, but it is decent and there are always options fire everyone. The Casino is really branching out with the addition of a kids area and the Movie & Dinner. I've had good luck at the craps table a well, which is always nice. Several great events and concerts, Northern Quest is definitely a great asset in the Spokane area.

Awesome! We don't even gamble but tried a slot machine with $35 and won back $200. The gambling ended there. The room was flawless, room service was all that room service should be. We used the workout room every day, the pool was lovely, hot tub soothing and every restaurant had amazing food. 5 stars for google reviews. On my personal scale - 8 out of 10 - which is high for me. At 10 we are on a mountain vista and angels are singing. Next time (two big kids) want to try Kids Quest. :-)

Treated my fiance' to a day at the spa with a facial, her last day of vacation. Though the facial was really nice, the facilities was lame. My fiance' had to dodge men moving furniture in the women's locker/lounge room, in middle of the day both before her massage and after her massage because the furniture the staff decided, didn't fit after all. NOT VERY RELAXING FOR HER! Don't you think this could have been done after hours? Had to call the front desk from a phone on the wall in the hot tub area to ask for our complimentary champagne. But, not a direct line to the desk, I actually had to go through the outside line and listen to all the blah, blah, blah. The waterfalls on the walls were not working, the pitcher of drinking water was empty and the dry sauna temp is so low that I didn't even break a sweat after 15 minutes, before giving up. So much for a relaxing day. #DISAPPOINTED!

Went to M&D for the first time. The experience was definitely worth it. Having food and drinks delivered while watching a movie was a fun and novel experience. Having servers in during the movie was surprisingly not too distracting, especially when you consider the service it really provides.. Not having the leave the threatre for things you want. The lighting in the theatre was brighter than your average movie going experience which was slightly distracting but obviously necessary to read menus and for servers to get where they are going. The menu while in the theatre was extremely limited but a full bar was available. All in all. Would recommend. Ill commend all working there for adapting to a extremely unique service experience.

Beautiful casino resort with world class hotel. Went to a charity event in one of the event rooms. Walked around, they are constantly adding new features to the complex, and the (beautifully done) new food court area is almost open. Overall 5 stars, but gave 4 because the food at the event dinner was very average. Definitely upping their resort game to level of the big names in Vegas. Worth a stop when in Spokane.

Went to just spend a night gambling with my wife. They had remodeled since I was last in and made it that much more enjoyable. It was like going into a new casino again. A bunch new machines and just a very upbeat feel. The staff was very helpful and routinely passed by me making sure I had drinks and the building was very clean. Overall a very positive experience and I will gladly come again

I used to go to the casino to relax and used to enjoy playing slots. However, the last several times I have been in, it has been amazing how tight the slots are. I am glad another casino opened because it is no longer a fun time at northern quest. I might as well just go to the door and throw my money on the floor and immediately walk out. Loosen your slots a bit. I don't mind leaving without my $50-$100 if I can actually stay longer than LITERALLY 5 minutes.

Nice open casino. Always seem to have new machine when I visit. The employees are always nice and helpful. Dinner was great. They were busy but received our food in a timely manner. Great time!!

A quick visit for theSaturday evening Butcher Block Buffet Dinner at River's Edge Buffet. For the price the spread is definitely worth it. I don't know how anyone can try everything that they'd like to try. The food is delicious, this isn't your average buffet. This is gourmet all the way! And the desserts...so many sinful options to choose from! They even have a huge variety of sugar free desserts. Many of them are sugar free variants of the regular options!

We visited for an hour after work tonight. We each put $20 into the slot machines at the liquid lounge, my mom won $118. So we ordered another round and went home. I really love this casino. The spa and hotel are dynamite. The food is also great. My only complaint is my eyes are itchy from smoke on the main casino floor. The non smoking areas are well ventilated, but you cannot avoid cigarettes if you cross the casino. .

Went to see Jay Leno here. Clean and fun atmosphere. Also went a few years ago for hubby's birthday. Played around at the casino which was a typical but fun experience. My only complaint was parking in a specific area but not having enough signs to point to where we needed to go in the casino and we ended up walking all the way around the casino on the inside, to find out after the show, that we could have simply taken a different elevator out a different door to reach the specific area in about 2 mins. They were doing construction at the time, so be prepared for that because it seems ongoing for now.

The best meal I've ever experienced anywhere! The "steak house" ended up being a decadent flavor experience! It's pricey but worth every penny! We were able to enjoy many hours of fun playing the many penny slots and actually left with more money than we came with, even after splurging on the smoked escargot and bison steak for dinner.

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Stacy in housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed for our girls weekend. Had great meals at Masselow's and fun in the casino. Enjoyed time in the spa. Wish they'd wake up and realize it's the 21st century and abolish smoking in the casino. It would be far more comfortable. And face it. No one goes there just so they can smoke.

I always like their wide range of gamble games. I play on the slots. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I haven't ever won big at this casino. It's clean, the workers are helpful, and I love their buffet. Great seafood buffet.

Although, it seems that many people have been kicked out of the casino part of Quest for less then proper reasons, that does not affect us. The staff is amazing the main rooms Have the best showers and the suites have managed to digitally upgrade those and the bathtubs are a nice extra so we like that. Quest is the best hotel room for the price in the Spokane area and it is the only place we stay when we come to the area...rooms are bigger then anywhere And late check outs are an easy enough request... the pool could be 24/7 and adding an outdoor pool is the only thing I can think of right now Quest could improve upon. Thanks for easy check ins and friendly helpful staff...

Always love going out to Northern Quest!! Kind of out by not very much, but the casino has everything you may need. Lot's of slots and card games available. Really nice rooms and suites available. And the buffet is pretty amazing. My favorite part of the buffet is the dessert bar. There are so many delicious little treats you could almost bypass the entire rest of the buffet!!!

I was impressed with the guest service here, among many other things. About a month after I stayed here for a work conference, I realized I left a dress hanging in the hotel room closet. I called, and they had it recorded in lost and found, and immediately shipped it to me in MN, no charge!! I also thought it was convenient that the shuttle will take you to the mall and Walmart. The shuttle drivers were super friendly, and had great senses of humor! All of the employees were very friendly, and not stuffy at all. Check out the hotel's "pillow service", for sure!

Lots of fun stuff to do here. I fell like u have really good odds playing the cards here... They are not rigged. The club is awome a well. They have really good food here as well. The city bus comes here to so u can she gas not having to drive all 5he way out here.
