Very disappointed in our recent visit here. On their website they advertise half off a bottle of wine on Sundays from 5-close. My husband and I went to have dinner there and inquired if it was only certain bottles of wine that qualified for this special. The waiter indicated he did not know about this special and brought the manager over. I pulled up their website on my phone and showed him - he indicated that all the specials were old and Foxwoods needed to update. We were very disappointed in his lack of customer service and decided we would take our business elsewhere. As we were leaving the waiter told us to let him know if we found a special that good elsewhere. We told him it was more about the principle of it- Juniors has this advertised on their website and that was half the reason we planned to have dinner there. To not make good on something on your website (which I just checked again and it is STILL being advertised) is just poor customer service!

I love the variety of sweet this place offers at the bakery by the entrance to the gambling floor but as for the restaurant section I’m not really a big fan of. Visited the restaurant on numerous occasions and I wouldn’t really recommend it. I remember on one of my visit I order the lobster roll, it was very flimsy maybe due to the market price but atleast you would expect the quality to be finger licking good but it was very disappointing. Second visit took my sister out for dinner there expecting the first visit to be just an off night for the chef but again I was disappointed with the quality of the calm chowder, it was grossly thick like really thick worst than can chowders but than again I think it came from a can, how disappointing. The buffalo chicken wings weren’t that great but atleast it was edible. Atleast, the server was absolutely amazing but the food isn’t great. I would opt out for fudrucker or their bakery or wait until the chef is in a good mood and love cooking again.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Bartender always comes to chat with customers at tables. What a sweetheart he is. The food is always great!

Staff was friendly but breakfast not great,my eggs were cold for which they did take it back but then the home fries were cold. The grits were lacking butter. Overall wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't come back.

The cheesecake is phenomenal. You have to have a slice or take one to go. Sandwiches are delicious and generally well stacked

seated quickly but service was a little slow and i had to ask for a pitcher of water because of the slower speed. at one point in time the server asked my companion if he needed more soda but ignored the face that my water glass and pitcher were empty. the fried shrimp appetizer was good but it only comes with 5 shrimp (granted they are large). the cheesecake was really good i just wish they had more choices like the one in Times Square.

We came in to celebrate not one but a few birthdays the other night and has ourselves a nice time. There was no wait and the atmosphere was comfortable in this family friendly restaurant. Menu selection was interesting and the food was great. Olga was awesome and did a great job at taking care of our party of 11. Their cheese cake is amazing .
