Beautifully crafted burger. Cooked exactly the way I specified. Sweet potato fries had the right balance of light crunch (not soggy!) and salt, with a dipping sauce that you may want to try (a blend of honey, mustard and horseradish). Atmosphere at this location inside the JACK casino is somewhat noisy with the gaming going on just 15 feet from you.

Great service and the food is delicious especially the night cooks Ashley and joulwana I think their names were. They were awesome, fast and accurate order. Friendly people good food and great prices.

Hamburgers are pretty good, onion rings are great, if they can give you enough ranch dressing the first time. If you have to ask the waitress for more ranch, your food will be cold by the time she gives it to you, as she will serve 5 others first, clean off tables, and forget what she's doing. No worries. It's your tip.

This is by far the BEST burger I have ever had!! I just have one complaint. Now when I have any other burger it tastes bad because this place set by standard way to high!

Order was placed over the phone, and when I got there it had not been rung up. So I had to wait for the order to be made. Guy across from me ordered a turkey burger with no bacon. It came with six pieces of bacon. He doesn’t eat pork. Sounds like they were having a rough night. Not a good first impression for me Bobby. #flayforall not ...

The food here is great but the service is not very good. The woman at the register started taking our order (only ones in line) but stopped taking our order and money 4 times to talk to other people, prolonging the ordering process to almost 10 minutes (for 2 of us). Then after sitting a while, we noticed our order sitting in the window for almost 10 minutes but no one to come deliver it. Turns out the woman at the register was the only person working outside of the kitchen. She eventually left the register and served some of the orders in the window, without ever washing her hands or putting on gloves after dealing with the money at the register. Eventually management came out and apologized to people but did little to help remedy the poor service. Sad; used to be a decent place to eat .

Pretty hit or miss, I remember when we first went here it was amazing great service, clean, friendly would of gave it 5 stars. Then lately we been getting the exact opposite, dirty, rude, and sub par food. I'm not sure what's going on but, if we get two 1 star visits in a row that will be the last time we go.

I came here about 3 months ago. Possibly the best burger & best ginger tea I have ever had in my life. The staff was very pleasant & you could tell the cooks love what they do & really care. It is the only part of Cincinnati that I enjoyed. Thank you for making an awful road trip better.

We have been coming here for a long time. We really love the food. Not sure whats going on. Do not know anyone tonight. Seem to be understaffed and the tables are dirty and there is a staff member standing at the food counter waiting on food to come out and could be bussing tables while she waits. Food took a little while but still tastes great and fresh! Cooks must still be the same.
