I'm a Starbucks fan, and came to this location to grab my free birthday drink while on vacation - I purchased a second drink and two food items as well. At the checkout I was charged for my birthday drink, and when I pointed this out I was informed that "You'll just have to come back later today." I was on a tight schedule and would not have another opportunity to return - I am disappointed that the gentleman couldn't be bothered to correct my transaction, he just moved on to the next customer. (Especially since the birthday drink promotion expires right away.)

I love Starbucks. Drinks, food, always delicious! But this location could really use some help on improving their speed/efficiency. All of the other Starbucks I frequent are good at matching their on the go order times to actual prep times, varying by maybe a minute. This location always indicates orders will be ready in 2-5 minutes, but takes 15. Either another location needs to open, or another barista needs to be added or something.

This Starbucks is wonderful. Staff is friendly and the place is very nice and clean. You get served very quickly. Located in a nice area.

Slowest Starbucks downtown. Pick another location if want good service in the A.M. It’s an absolute circus before 10am. Every time I think it’s going to be better, I’m let down. Even mobile orders take 20-30min (if they don’t get lost in the madness) despite estimates of 3-8min in the app.

We visited this Starbucks today and the staff there were friendly and smiling and helpful and quick. My wife ordered her beverage and because she had the Starbucks app it was free because it was her birthday. The location was clean and quiet and well kept. It was easy to walk in and walk out right on the street level at the corner.

I expected a busy, dirty Starbucks with it being down in the city but the staff was on it, the coffee came out great, and they were super nice to everybody that came through. I got an Americano and bacon egg bites and it was all good! And I highly recommend this Starbucks location if you're in Cincinnati.

The service was horrible! There is 1 guy inparticular that is the worst there. And then he was at another location of Starbucks and saw me and said they were closed when they actually weren't for 20 min; he let people in right after I was told they were closed! Try OTHER locations, they are normally great!!!

The barista who took my order on 3/29 completely changed my outlook that day from negative to positive. He said, "You looked distraught when you came in the door. Tell you what, this one's on me. Just make sure to pay it forward and be nice to someone you wouldn't normally be." (!!!) I love Starbucks coffee and have always gotten tasty drinks and great service at this location, but this person's perceptiveness and kindness just took my appreciation to a whole other level. Ripple effect! Thank you!
