I would give 5 stars, because the food was superb. However, I believe the portions are a little small, for the price. When adding the lobster tail to the filet I received essentially a sliver of half of a lobster tail. The flavor, however, was amazing. It was smokey, and I've never tasted lobster quite like that. One of our two filets was overcooked and they fixed it promptly. The scallops were seared to perfection and had a citrus flavor I thoroughly enjoyed. Again, I wish there had been a slightly larger portion. The service was fantastic and everyone we interacted with was very attentive.

We had the lobster rolls, which were delicious but only half filled, there was MAYBE 4oz sprinkled on top, the bun wasn't even opened all the way. I've paid about the same at other restaurants but have close to a full lb to lb and half lobster. My husband got a burger at the Shack afterwards he was so hungry. Our server/bartender was great, and my drink exceptional. However, was very disappointed in the lobster.

Great service friendly bar tenders and wait staff. Jambalya was very good but a little too spicy for me. The beet salad was so salty I could not even swallow the bite I took. Drinks are over priced. Dined here again and changing my rating. The food is way over priced and just not that good. The lobster mac and cheese was so rich and oily I couldn't finish the 2/3 cup portion. The dish cost $32, and didn't even have 1 claw worth of lobster and the noodles are vermicelli...which the menu states...but is a horrible choice for this fish. I could have purchased a whole lobster on the menu for $50. The scallops we're good, but you get 2 for $20+...they tell you it's a small plate, but again for the price I want an unforgettable meal and an amazing dining experience. Fish does not deliver. Won't be giving them a third try.

The service and location was great. I would say its a great place to take a first date. Wine selection was good if you're into that. Quality of food I would say is actually good however they have their own twist to certain common dishes which might not apeal to all - but you can tell they put great effort in reinventing them. If you got a family and are hungry, expect to pay a premium as menu items are not cheap. Probably wont be coming back here anytime soon.

Everything we order taste great as expected when we go. The floor wait staff is impeccable. I had one situation when the communication between the bartender and the kitchen was off and they prepared my appetizer and entree with bacon, so I had to wait awhile and then they brought both out at the same time.

We really enjoyed out experience here at Fish. They have a tasting menu that we opted to do with an optional wine pairing which we did. The service is amazing and the food is one fo the best we've ever had. Fish is one of our new fave restaurants. It's def worth a trip for us and we always have a great experience here so far.

We sat at the bar and had ordered half a dozen oysters, cocktail shrimp and the mac and cheese with king crab. The oysters came last and somehow they put the order in for 4 cocktail shrimp. The food and drinks were amazing (I had the salt air margarita). They charged us for the 4 cocktail shrimp so we had to point that out to them to take it off. I would go back, the food was delicious.

This place was pretty good. The decor was amazing, it was really nice inside and outside. The meals are really pricey, but I guess that's to be expected from the MGM. And there was a huge wine list which was really good for pairing of the food. I could not give this place five stars because the portions are really small. For the price you pay I would expect bigger portions. All in all great place probably wouldn't come back anytime soon though.

If it wasn’t for the price I might have given this a 2 star simply because the people were nice, but the whole place is a gimmick to get your money. First, even if you have had a reservation for over a week you will be asked to wait a few minutes in the lounge area so that they can attempt to sell you extra drinks. (There were plenty of empty tables and after complaining that we had waited 15+ minutes past our reservation time our table was miraculously ready for us.) The wait staff was pleasant, but the food was disappointing. Took my husband here for a Father’s Day dinner, ended up spending over $400 on a mediocre meal that actually made me sick to my stomach later the same night. I mean we’re from PA and to be honest we could drive to Baltimore for a meal that’s $100 cheaper and 100x better, which I found very sad. Also I left hungry which is never good to hear about any restaurant. My overall thoughts? Skip the day expensive restaurants at the resort and go over the bridge to the Fish Fry where you’ll find delicious fresh seafood for a quarter of the price.

Highlights include the tuna pillows, and the scallops. The vegetables were tasty, and those portions were enough to share. The portion sizes were quite small. The lobster bisque had two (yes two) pieces of artfully arranged lobster, and an otherwise underwhelming soup. I didn’t even want to finish it. The crab cakes are pan seared, and have a strong flavor of bell peppers (not mentioned on the menu). Not much lump, mostly filler crab. It’s expensive, and not to be repeated. A shame really, as the atmosphere was lovely.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend. The shrimp cocktail sauce was the best I've ever had. Slightly more vinegar than usual with undertones of other rflavirs that just worked. The beat salad was excellent, and the goat cheese with other flavors was a perfect pairing. They came out and told us they had to redo the spouses dish because they cooked it incorrectly, and brought a plate of delicious asparagus to make amends. Everything was so good and they were so great about it we didn't care. The oysters and lamb were another perfect pairing. The breading on the fried oysters was just perfect, very light and adding slightly to the flavor, as if each forkful was prepared for you. The lamb was perfectly cooked and presented, in a patti and flavored excellently. Can't comment on the banana pudding itself, but the bananas were amazing. I know, amazing bananas, right? They brown sugar on the bananas. The drinks were also excellent, the gin and tonic was certainly in the top tier I've had. Finally the service was flawless. Our server was a pleasure and anticipated us as every turn. Highly recommend.

Went last night for our 3 year anniversary dinner. We did the tasting option. The first four courses were very good and exciting to taste but after the fourth course it kind of went down hill. Most of the servings are very small and the main course was a rainbow trout which is an average fish. Our favorite courses were the scallops and tuna fritter. The dessert course was extremely underwhelming considering we waited over 30 minutes for it. The servers also didn’t do a good job explaining the dishes to us, most of the time we could barely hear what they were saying. They did nothing special for our anniversary and as mentioned in previous reviews easily spent over $200 for 2 people.

Went for an anniversary dinner. Food was very good---Andres quality all around. Can tell the creator of Jaleo has his touch on this one. Disappointment: no acknowledgment of our anniversary, even though we told in advance it was a big one--32 years. Even if we had to pay more, a cake, champagne, something...most restaurants acknowledge birthdays and anniversaries in some way. Server seemed new and she took way too long to bring our order. That said, the views were spectacular, our seating area near the windows with a view of the harbor was nice and quiet. We also enjoyed walking outside along the roof top after our meal was done. Enjoyed very much the atmosphere of National Harbor sans Casino. The Casino is a an embarrassingly loud den of desperation; the rest of National Harbor is great. So know that one can come to the Harbor and avoid the gambling crowd all together. We did share our disappointments and were offered a complimentary dinner in the future. Our fault we have not taken advantage of it yet.

Food is OK. Price is too high for what you are getting. The atmosphere is nice, but nothing special. They do small servings so if you are really hungry this may not be the place to go. If you are ordering a full meal for a party of 2 with drinks your bill will hit $200 very quickly.

My wife and I ate at Fish last Saturday night. The restaurant was busy and the ambiance good. The service at the bar was great while we waited for our table. The service at our table wasn’t bad either. The quality of the food was a disappointment. We had raw Massachusetts oysters as an appetizer and for our main fare we shared the mushroom and goat cheese and crab cakes entrees. The crab cakes weren’t bad. The mushroom goat cheese was not what we expected and I unfortunately got food poisoning from the oysters. Oh well. Try everything once right!
