Fantastic steaks and amazing service. Their mashed potatoes are absolutely incredible as well. Amazing place if you've got the budget for it.

Edge is by far the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. The filet minion was the most tender and delicious piece of meat you can imagine. All of the food was superb. Our waiter, Angel, was an absolute sweetheart, and is very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He even drew a cow’s rear for me to explain exactly where a filet minion comes from. I made a joke, telling him that our table is the only table without a red rose deco on it. He laughed and disappeared only to come back a minute later with a real gorgeous white rose for me to keep. Such a sweet gesture. Ana, the general manager is also incredibly nice. Very helpful and sweet. All around a phenomenal experience. Definitely recommend Edge to everyone!

Wow! Wow! Wow! The Edge Steakhouse is definitely the best kept secret in Las Vegas. I’m so thrilled I discovered it! The head chef, Steve Young, is superb! The staff is friendly and made my evening fun. I don’t even know where to start! All of the food is delicious. Normally I would go on about a main course, but even the side dishes were mine blowing. I could not get enough of them! So interesting and different from anything you see it must take houses. 100% recommend it!!

We had a delicious dinner tonight. The ambience was excellent and the staff kind and attentive. The meal started with a delicious Gruyeye cheese popover, then heirloom tomato salad, followed by steak, mushrooms, broccoli, baked potato with the works, & finally cheesecake & chocolate cake. There were 4 of us and we each did the 3 or 4 piece price fixed dinner. It was worth it and a value when you add up the components.

A group of us ate here for dinner last week. The wait was not long and we were seated quickly for a Tuesday night. The desserts were very good. We all shared the cream brulee and death by chocolate plates. I had the scallops with the butternut squash dish. It was okay. I would have kept the dish simple. My co workers had the salmon and they stated that it was very good. It was a very nice place and the service was good.

Great food and vibe, thank you Chef Steve Young for giving us a great experience and letting us taste some of your fantastic creations. This is a hidden gem here in Las Vegas, a must if you love seafood and steaks.

My dinner experience was spectacular from the moment the hostess seated us to the service from our assistant waiter Alex and recomendations from our waiter Mark! Service was second to none! The steak was flavorful, tender and cooked to perfection! The Alaskan King Crab was a delight! We enjoyed our special evening in a relaxing atmosphere and had a nice conversation with the head chef. Thanks for making tonight special!
