At the moment wishing I could rate it ZERO. My family and I went today and about an hour later my brother had received very bad food poisoning and has been sick and throwing up the whole day. Either don’t get fruit, pancakes, French toast, or whatever else my brother ate or don’t come here at all. Personally recommend the last one.

The hours of operation are ridiculous - opening at 7am. For a hotel this big, it needs to open before 6am in order to adequately serve all of its guests. The lines were extremely long for the number of people staying at the hotel and service was slow. It was pretty obvious that this restaurant is under staffed. I stayed at The Orleans and it was nothing like this.

The food wasn't bad, but I wouldn't return due to the lackluster selection for the price. It wasn't busy when I walked in. I stood in front of the carving station and counted to 30 in my head while the two ladies behind the glass played on their cell phones together and ignored me entirely. I eventually walked to the side (the glass made that a necessity in order to be heard) and got their attention, after which I did get helped. Nothing special about the food, price, or service. I guess some restaurants can get by without trying because of their prime location in a popular casino.

Omg, please stop and read this. Don't waste your money. The food is not good at all. I'm so disappointed. The wait staff is lovely but that's about it. It was so bad that my husband didn't finish his brownie!!!! The sweets were stale. It's so sad. I'm so sorry we spent the $25. Also the music will put you to sleep. Turn away now. Walk in another direction.

The food was actually pretty tasty, especially the chicken steak and the scrambled eggs were outstanding. However, the vile cruel waitress (Linda) provided me with mediocre, lazy services.

I wanted to take my family here for dinner. We came and only to find out they are only open for breakfast and lunch. Disappointing.

The breakfast here was so bad it was actually kind of funny. Cereal but no milk, coffee machines but no mugs, biscuits but no butter or jam, no napkins anywhere. Food was greasy and cold, options were the same as any continental breakfast.
