We were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday! We had family fly out, we flew out from NC, and drive to meet us in Vegas at Paris Las Vegas. There were 7 of us. We liked the ambience, the food was good, expensive though. Paul the waiter knew it was our daughter's 21st birthday. He asked a couple times, "How's the birthday girl like her dinner?" We were full but ordered one dessert for my daughter! Imagine our surprise after we paid and we hear the wait staff singing Happy Birthday to another table! Did we really have to ask? We figured Paul was put out as we didn't order many of his expensive suggestions. So disappointing! We won't be recommending Martorano's and will suggest to friends and family to dine somewhere else other than Caesars Entertainment restaurants. Our bill was $596.46. That doesn't include our 25% tip. We were truly disappointed that Paul chose our daughter's birthday dinner to not do the right thing and show his spitefulness cause we didn't order the things he suggested. Not good business.

When in Vegas we always go here to eat. We really enjoy the food. Always fresh. The eggplant stack never disappoints. My wife always gets the buccatini with meatball. The meatball is awesome. Sauce is excellent also. If you skip cocktails you could get out of there for $130 ish. Add cocktails, add another $100. Sometimes we do. Wife once got a bottle of wine. She didn't finish it. They recorded it as a to go bottle. Nice. We will be back.

We were a party of 18 and everyone really liked this place. The staff was very friendly and the service outstanding. We all enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

If you give this place anything less that 5 stars then you are crazy. The food was to die for. My family and I have tried many Italian places in Vegas and this is by far my favorite. Then to top it off, our waiter Paul was an absolute delight. Incredibly funny and gave excellent descriptions/recommendations for what to order. We came in here cranky and hangry and Paul fixed our mood within seconds. When I come back to Vegas I am requesting him!

This place was my last stop before returning home. It was pricey but worth every penny. Steak by strip was cooked to perfection and atmosphere was not phenomenal. Made me feel like a million bucks. Will return here.

The food was really good, I had the eggplant lasagna, my husband had the chicken parmesan, it was really good. The environment was awesome,we ate out on the patio, so we could see everyone go by. White tablecloths, very attentive service, well worth it, but it was a tad expensive. We paid 12.00 for a side of noodles.

Wait staff is ok in my opinion, but their food is out is of this world. Prices are similar to an upscale restaurant. No free refills, even on soda. But again, the food is out of this world!

My friends and I were craving some good Italian food and decided to try Martorano's. It is not really inexpensive, as pasta prices seem a little high. Our appetizers and server was amazing! The spicy calamari was the best that I have ever tasted! The meal portions are very large so the waiter recommended family style so we all ordered a few items and split it. It was all pretty good, and the service was polite and helpful.

The calamari in chili sauce is do so good. Not one of rubbery piece! The macaroni (pasta) bolognese was very good, but soooooo filling, couldn't eat it all. Very good. But the calamari would bring me back.

If you are looking for a quick bite go out on the strip where quality and excellent service isn't important. Everytime I am in Vegas I eat at Martoranos because the food is excellent the service is EXCELLENT the atmosphere is excellent and if you the type that believes you get what you pay for then you will see and taste the quality you paid for! The warm Mozzarella is to die for and basically everything else on the menu. Its obvious that Mr Martorano prides himself in running a class act of a restaurant because I will NOT eat anywhere else because Chef Martorano and his staff at this location care and it shows big time!! Give it a try you wont be disappointed! All these negative reviews I think are incorrect or fraudulent regarding service and times for food delivery because NOT ONCE in the over 20 times Ive been here have I waited more than 30 min max.

A well done Italian restaurant. A bit pricey. Big portions. Deep inside the casino, so there is no view, it's a bit noisy, and you can't really call it romantic. Lots of TVs around if you want to watch sports with your meal.

I was actually very disappointed that we didn’t go back to Maggianos by the time we left. The food was average but expensive, and our party of 6 had to speak loudly to carry on a conversation. The music was way too loud. My sister and I split the sea bass because it looked like too much for each of us. When we received our meal, we looked at each other wondering if it was already cut in half. The serving was unexpectedly small, and cost $64. Unbelievable disappointment. Dessert was delicious though!

Our first visit was an excellent experience. The second was a terrible experience. Our food was good and our wait staff was great. After a half hour of leaving, I realized that I left my hat on my chair. We went back within 40 minutes assuming we would just pick up our hat. The hostess and our waiter looked for it. Then the assistant manager said that it was picked up with the trash and thrown out. I couldn’t believe that happened because it was a new Ram hat. I told my wife they threw it out according to the assistant manager on duty that night. She said there must have been a misunderstanding so she went back and spoke with the same assistant manager. He told her the same and even told her we could dig through the trash bins in the back if we wanted. This is the first negative review we have ever posted but well earned. The guy wouldn’t fess up that some one there obviously liked the hat and kept it.

Service was great and it was a really nice atmosphere. We felt the price was way too high for the quality of the food. Would not recommend.

We stayed at the Paris for a conference last week and we decided to try this restaurant because it was close and heavily advertised. The appetizers were amazing, the meatballs and the calamari..... the entrees were not. I had the scallops and they were cooked nicely but barely edible since they were so heavily salted. My husband had the suggested special and his had no flavor, very bland. The rest of the table of 5 said their food was just “ok”. Now the atmosphere- OH MY GOD. The dinner took almost 2 hours which when you have “fine dining” is expected but it was so loud in there from the music that no one could carry on a conversation- then 1/2 through dinner it got even louder when the lights dimmed and the place became like a 70’s night club. The music was turned up louder and the disco ball was going with lights- but here’s the thing.... it’s not a nightclub, it’s still just a restaurant. Our waiter was really nice and I felt bad for him because we couldn’t hear him and he couldn’t hear us. If they changed the few things I mentioned I’d go back, because like I said the appetizers were great.

We visited on Valentine's Day (02/14/2018). Martorano Salad had too much vinegar in it which totally ruined the taste. Almost impossible for me to swallow it. Spaghetti Pescatore was just average. For this price I would expect better food. I am giving 3 starts because the restaurant has a nice decor, service, wine and the food except of salad were OK too. Only OK nothing more.

Don't advise for a group dinner. We had a group dinner out about 40 tonight. We were given a menu of for that would be brought to us. The good news is that, what little for was brought to us, it was delicious. The bed need is that we weren't brought half of the food in that list. We had to leave to go to a show and we left hungry.
