Momofuku

Great food, great service and great ambience. This was our first visit. I was surprised how reasonable the prices were given it’s location. There’s something for everyone on the menu and food quality is top notch. Don’t miss the chilled spicy noodles!

Food is amazing. Sitting on the bar with a view of the kitchen is both a treat and a curse because its magical to watch but also makes you want to eat everything. All the plates are balanced perfectly and really don't need any additions. The pork belly is a must have but you really can't go wrong.

WOW!! Incredible food. The menu changes daily, but they can accommodate gluten free and vegan requests. They made a special dish, just for me to accommodate my food needs and it was fantastic. Excellent service staff and groovy environment. Surprisingly, their bathrooms are very tiny for the size and dining capacity. But they have Japanese toilets, so it's worth the wait.

Went for dinner with some friends. Interesting but short menu. Best to order "family style" and share. Favorites were chilled spicy noodles and grilled lamb ribs. Wines were very expensive, but cocktails were unique (Cucumber cooler was cool!). Despite the Japanese name, no sushi served - as the waiter clarified, there is another Japanese restaurant in the hotel, and they have a exclusive rights.

The goat ribs were nifty. The cocktails were right good. Service needed some prompting but were quite quick and courteous once you got their attention. Only real complaint would be the noise level ...but Vegas seems to love deafening restaurant noise levels.

One of my favorite places easy on the strip. It can be a little pricey but the food is worth the expense. I have never had a bad meal here. Also, It's a great place if you are vegetarian. It's definitely worth a visit. I go at least once a month.

I was very excited to go to Momofuku after having watched Ugly Delicious on Netflix. I liked the way David Chang's defined authenticity of food and what it means, and what it "should" mean instead. Anyway, I ordered the pork bun and the shrimp bun, and neither of these impressed me. I have had a better pork bun elsewhere. At least for my taste. I didn't really care much for the other items on the menu either. I did get the Crack Pie soft-serve ice cream from the Milk Bar next door, THAT was amazing. I guess your experience may vary based on the type of food you normally eat too. So my recommendation would be to check out the menu before you go.

Momofuku

A group of us stumbled upon Momofuku on the second level after going up the escalator. After making a same day reservation, we were welcomed by our server (Jenna) who gave us a wonderful suggestion to 'Set It and Forget It' where the server sends out their selection for what you would like to pay. Our meal included pork buns, spicy poke salad, cucumbers with spicy avocado, and finishing with excellent beef ribs. Each dish had its own textures and flavours making each unique and memorable in its own way. We were amazed by each dish one after the other. Their cocktails were also very well crafted and had full-bodied tastes for everyone. It's a great late lunch or early dinner reservation and I intend to return on my return to Las Vegas.

The server was great but the food is terrible, and it's the first time I've ever been at a high-end restaurant where I felt nauseous from the dishes. Cucumbers in liquid avocado is just gross. The peppers appetizer was destroyed a think layer of nutritional yeast. The lamb entree was a block of fat covered in a thick cream that I sent back because it looked and tasted so bad. This is a nice restaurant with a great view (though the interior is incredibly loud when busy), but the food is just mysteriously terrible. I had high hopes for checking this out but it's just dreadful.

I've wanted to try the Millk Bar since we missed finding it in New York city. I absolutely love the cereal milk. It's such a great flashback to my childhood. Their frozen desserts are great too especially the soft serve. If you are in a dairy mood and can't decide what to order... Try the compost cookie. It's such a unique flavor profile you won't be sorry.

We had the most delicious meal at Momofuku earlier this week but what we were most impressed with was our waiter, Oscar. He was so personable and friendly, and was so knowledgeable about all of the items on the menu. He really made the experience that much better, and would definitely return on our next trip to Vegas.

Stopped in while in town for a conference. We were seated at the bar/kitchen which made the experience. The bar chap (Ricky?) made some fantastic drinks for us and really made the night with all the chat. The food was good (we had the duck) but crazy expensive for what it was. While I thought the experience was great, for the price it was "just ok"

Great menu. Casual environment. Good service. The food was delicious --from raw bar to small plates to noodles. Generous portions. The shrimp bun was amazing. Chilled Spicy Noodles were perfectly spicy. Minus 2 stars because they charged $1 for water per person (Christal water they called) Not a common practice on Las Vegas restaurants specially one that is far from being upscale.
