Feb. 15, 2019 The food was good, as always, but as I returned and was sitting down with my plate the waitress, Gwen?, asked if I wouldn't mind taking care of my beverage bill. I formed her I may be ordering a second. She left. When the couple behind us she brought the machine over and placed it on the table asking if I wouldn't mind paying now since the machine was so close. I paid. 5 mins later I order another drink......had to WAIT for the machine.......wasn't happy. Ruined the table's atmosphere. Why was she in such a hurry to have me settle up? The one side of the restaurant was empty. Left in bad mood. Originally a 2 star rating. Feb. 22, 2019 returned and everything was great. The food was hot plentiful and fresh. Our waitress Connie 8516? She was wonderful. Great memory for a packed place with the Terry Clark concert. This is what makes one return. Changed rating to 4 stars.

Everything was fresh and tasted excellent, I even made a comment to one of the cooking staff that I preferred this buffet well and above over the one at the Fallsview casino.

The service was good. Plates removed quickly and beverages refilled before you return to the table with another plate of food. However if eating at the casino there are better options like a sit down service meal. The food wasn't anything special.

One of the best buffets I have been to My Aunt has food problems and the chef took her around and showed her what was safe to eat and has offered to make her something to eat! Staff are very friendly and place is clean. Food is delicious and never seen so much variety!

Have come twice for buffet on two different days of the week. The food is not far from cafeteria rate. Every other choice has a seafood ingredient added and the rest is either visually unappealing or is drier than a popcorn fart. The serving utensils are nothing short of disgusting-- caked with food or have dried bits stuck to them... making it impossible to get said food on plate. Dish labels were partially or completely erased which resulted in repeatedly asking if the dish had any seafood in it.( allergy) And lastly... most items were luke warm or cold. Thankful for comp meals... would never pay for this "food"

Quality and variety of food has gone down over the years. Beef was rough and salad bar was terrible. Desserts were little square bars etc. Must be a new chief or something but this place had good food once, fried chicken, good pizza, and good pies slices. Service is a hit or miss; some were prompt with drinks etc; some were not. Plus they don’t seem to clean the buffet stations enough and utensils were sometimes on left on the food. Only plus side is the recent renovation made the place much bigger; feels less crowded.

Not impressed with buffet dining at all - Casino Rama needs a complete change in restaurants other than St. Germains & The Weirs. Taken good items off the menus when they reduced the selection. Unfortunately Rama is not as popular as it once was & the cut backs reflect make it less than a 4 star hotel !!!

A wide variety of food that's pleasing to most. Great if your a pasta lover or carnivore. The Toffee pudding and molten custard, with some bread pudding, are a must at this restaurant.

Still recovering from flu, so I can't really taste properly. Food was decent. The cut meats were still overcooked or just hard; best to get food when they just bring it out. There are some good items, especially on the Asian side. Our buffet was comped, and free is the best type of food. Would never pay for this, but if you spend enough time and money, you get this for free.

Food was good, service was poor and slow. Drinks were pay as you go, except servers don't carry cash making it a long process

It is a Disney-land for adults in the specialty food court... except better!... Couchiching Court Buffet, what a pleasant surprise!!! All you can eat with a super flair for international cuisine, a fair price for so much, nice staff great chefs with attention to culinary cuisine art and taste, just a simply awesome experience everytime, Thank you : )

Poor value, bland food. Feel like I paid at least twice what the meal was really worth. Really nice restaurant though. Service was friendly and prompt.
