Pint Platter Pub

It wasn't bad but wasn't great either. It was fine, priced a bit high, but it's not a bad place to eat.

Pint Platter Pub

Food just wasn't very good. Cole slaw was brown and the waitress wanted to up charge to replace it. Hamburger was a pre-approval Patty and dry. It will be a while before we try it again.

Pint Platter Pub

I was really disappointed with the service today. I have eaten here before and usually love eating here. The food is always delicious and that's why I always come back here. After our service today, I doubt we will be returning unfortunately. We were seated and it took over 10 minutes to get our waitress, I had to get up and ask for one. It took another 25 minutes to get our food.....we were fortunate to get it because the table next to us had two entire plates "forgotten". The table behind us had to wait for their appetizer for 20 minutes, and it was delivered cold. The establishment wasn't even busy or full and had empty tables, so it couldn't have been a rush and that was the delay for our: waitress, food, and missing platters. I would understand a few mistakes if it was busy, however, it was not. My only other guess would be new staff. I would suggest better training if it is new staff and the manager to be assisting in the kitchen or on the floor.
