This restaurant is not even worthy of one star. It took an hour to get our food, then my husband's $33 plate was all way overcooked. The waitress blamed the wait on the kitchen being "backed up," but the restaurant was empty. So empty, in fact, that I wrote my name in the dust on one of several tables in the back that had obviously not seen a guest in weeks. Between the poor service and the worse food, it's safe to say we will not be back.
Food used to be very good. Now I would get a better and cheaper meal at burger king . Staff was great. They are cutting quality of food. I ordered Philly Cheese steak. It was hamburger with some onions and peppers that were over cooked.. it was the worse Philly Cheese steak I have ever purchased.
First time ever on this area....Worst experience ever... waitress didnt even talk or smile, ask for water, YOU will get a rough look, and the only answer from him was , and im not joking, "UUUhuuumm" like he didn't know words...
Food was overcooked, we end up leaving all on the table...not even togo worth...
If you like good food then this is NOT the place to eat. My boyfriend got chicken parm over pasta, it came in a small bowl & the pasta was so over cooked it was like mush. My Reuben was a greasy mess. The soup was so salty it was like eating a salt lick. The salad bar was sloppy. I had wished I ate at the coffee shop. And it was ridiculously overpriced.
Solid, simple, and inexpensive food for anyone to enjoy. While there are certainly fancier options and decadent desserts, the salad bar is a vast improvement over the buffet, service is quick, and the vibe is much more relaxed and warmer compared to the bright fluorescent glow of the buffet. Easily my go-to pick for healthy food at this casino.
