One clerk taking orders another making drinks. Waited like 20 mins to order. Not pick up my drink. And there was only 2 people ahead of me. Positive the people are friendly and my drink was spot on perfect. You don't keep only 2 associates during lunch time.

I like that no matter where I travel to I can rely on Starbucks to give me the same quality drink, no matter what Barista is creating it. You do pay for quality though.

Excellent Starbucks. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were so nice. Even remade my friend's drink bc she ordered the wrong thing accidentally. Super sweet about it too. Such a great experience at this location. Very conveniently located in Tanger Outlets. Recommend!

Staff was beyond rude. I asked for a honey latte, which is something i have ordered at several other locations. The lady taking my order was beyond put out for this request. She asked how they made it. I don’t know. No other Starbucks was thrown by this. She asked how many packets of honey. I said, “I don’t know... 2?” She said, well they are at the counter over there. Can you just put them in yourself? I said I’d rather not, as it wouldn’t be mixed well. Her coworker chimes in that they could do it. How many packets of honey? 2, I repeated. The original girl said, “oh, well she’ll tell you how many packets. She wouldn’t tell me.” “I did.”

They crafted one of the best flat whites I've ever had at this Starbucks. Made me go back to the Starbucks that I manage and re train my whole team on how to prepare this warm cup of silky, caffeinated goodness. Facilities were clean, layout is cozy, location is great and the staff was friendly.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a tea and while waiting heard an employee calling out the names of customers for their orders. When mine was called it was said in such a low tone that I was unsure so I asked if my order was ready and this employee with his condescending attitude said loudly, "that is what I said" in such a manner to make me feel like I was stupid for not understanding him the first time. A simple "Yes" would have been enough. The customer service is terrible, you feel like a beggar at the end as if a favour has been done rather than supporting a business with your cash that they need. The management of this franchise needs to train employees better on customer service, a smile and politeness wouldn't kill!

Limited seating. Would get 5 stars if they put stools in front window, along the bench/shelf, and if they had umbrellas out on patio. Plenty of seating outside, but it was 1000 degrees out. Water misters and some shades (Vegas Style) would be great. Unfortunately, the local crack heads might think they are free showers, and that could pose a problem 😋
