This location was in Harrah's Hotel. Nicely appointed. Excellent service and the food was second to none.

This NOL A location is great. The service was great, a little on the slow side, but then again, for the price you'll pay at the end, why rush? The food tastes better here than at any other RC that I've been to, and I been to them all over, including Maui.

Went to a sponsored dinner tonight...service was poor (waiter dropped plate with utensils twice back to back, drinks not filled, steaks served with no sides), my steak was grey for some reason and to top it off there were fruit flies flying around the table. Perhaps management feels that since the dinners are paid for upfront there is little need to provide outstanding service. I didn’t complain because it wasn’t my money, but if I had been footing the bill I would have been livid.

It's just average!!!! With above average $$$$$....... I was a major Ruth's fan but lately the food and service is average at best. The days of this Steak House Chain being the best of the best are over. There are countless steak houses in the NOLA area that are just better......... on every level of service and food quality....... If u want an average steak with high $$$$$$ go to Ruths....

I guess I'm used to Nashville service and not the New Orleans. Food was great, but the service sucked big time. If it wasn't for Joel, another waiter who helped us out here and there, I don't think I would had rated this place a 2. Our waiter was too busy flirting with some young girls that he forgot about us completely. Thanks Joel.

Even with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes (8:30pm reservations) the place is very loud, definitely not romantic with all of the noise in the place. The food was okay, not great and definitely not worth the price. Our server was very nice. But they have separate servers for bread, and that server was just bad. He forgot our bread and no appetizer plates. However the main server made up for his mistakes by giving us a free dessert. The cheesecake at this location is a Ruth Chris original and only available in this location and Baton rouge. We probably won't go back just because the food taste doesn't match the price at all.

Worth Every Single Dollar. You get exactly what you pay for here. From Greeting, to seating, to wait staff, to the courtyard, and everywhere in between. Loved our date night. Next time I'll reserve a booth with the privacy shade. Those looked very romantic. :) I'll say I was so very impressed as this was my first Ruth's visit.
